They have an awesome friendly small town vibe in our ever growing big city. They have been there to help us out with plumbing emergencies and alway with super speed and reasonable prices.

Manny was very professional and very honest about the costs involved. He seemed to do a great job replacing a leaking pipe, and hopefully the problem has been resolved.

I visited excel plumbing supplies looking for a new shower head with very little product or installation knowledge. Lee was really helpful in assisting me with the correct fittings and guiding me on the installation. The friendly and helpful approach was really appreciated.

The team here are amazing, polite and knowledgable ! I bought 3 Crosswater bathrooms - if you have seen the CW awful reviews you can imagine how off track our project could have gone. Great company to deal with. NO STRESS Called them up with a broken boiler and a pregnant wife of 7 months Not only did they come out same day to quote but they did their best to make sure we had some hot water for the night. Just had radiators replaced by Pennington's Group. The 2 engineers were very pleasant and respectful, turned up on time, left our house clean, and took care with the job in hand. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to take the time in this case because I would definitely recommend Jeremi. No job was a problem - everything from replacing a tap, resealing a sink, fixing a lock, assembling bunk beds (which arrived with terrible instructions) as well as hanging shelves and frames. He even helped me order the right parts and sourced them for me where needed. He’s always arrived on time and messages back quickly. His work is of a high standard and he works so efficiently. I’m glad I’ve found someone I can trust.

Jeremi is an outstanding handyman that I have worked with for over 2 years. He has helped with numerous items in the house including: putting up curtain rails, painting WC ceiling, putting up wall fans, fitting locks, replacing window handles, setting up Nest heating, painting window sills, putting up shelves/ paintings and fixing a running toilet. What stands out is his quality of work and knowledge. He pays attention to quality and often even notices when other trades people have cut corners. You will always get a straight answer about a job, and he considers the different options - both short and long term vs. the price. I called Mel in the hope that he could see us about a faulty boiler that same day - turns out he could! (despite being busy with other jobs that day). He immediately identified an issue with the pump and (very) fortunately for us, explained that he had a rare spare part in his van, which meant that we wouldn’t need a full costly replacement pump. He fitted the part very quickly and efficiently and stayed to make sure everything was a-ok. A great job all round. I don’t generally write reviews, but this time, thought it was well worth spreading the word.

We had Mel install a brand-new underfloor heating and manifold system, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is Mel an excellent engineer, but he’s also such a lovely, pleasant, and down-to-earth person. He installed the system with outstanding care and incredible attention to detail. What truly stood out was his dedication. We called him on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year’s, and he was at our home within an hour, fixing all the issues without hesitation. A real old school shop, sadly not many shops / services share these traditional values / services these days. Prices are great compared to the larger stores. I've been using this plumbers merchants for over 10 years they have always helped sort issues...all staff very experienced and happy to share their knowledge.
