Recently had an EV charge point installed by Pennington’s and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the booking process to the actual installation, everything was spot on. The booking team was friendly and efficient, making the whole process easy. The electrician who came to do the install was professional and did a top-quality job. Just had radiators replaced by Pennington's Group. The 2 engineers were very pleasant and respectful, turned up on time, left our house clean, and took care with the job in hand. Very happy with the outcome. Have had good experiences with Pennington's across both electrical and plumbing. The engineers have all been excellent individuals wanting to deliver quality work.

Great company to deal with. NO STRESS Called them up with a broken boiler and a pregnant wife of 7 months Not only did they come out same day to quote but they did their best to make sure we had some hot water for the night. Truly going above and beyond 2 days later we were back up and running. No hidden costs, no if buts or maybes, they done the job, cleared the rubbish and left the place cleaner than it was before. We had Mel install a brand-new underfloor heating and manifold system, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is Mel an excellent engineer, but he’s also such a lovely, pleasant, and down-to-earth person. He installed the system with outstanding care and incredible attention to detail. What truly stood out was his dedication. We called him on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year’s, and he was at our home within an hour, fixing all the issues without hesitation. I honestly can’t recommend Mel enough. If you’re looking for someone highly skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with, Mel is definitely the one to call.

It's always very nice to see Carmelo for the yearly boiler service. Carmelo is very professional and helpful and is always happy to answer any questions I may have. He is very punctual and always checks timing to reconfirm in advance. He offers very thorough and professional service (unlike others such as BG that just press a few buttons and go!) and having Carmelo service my boiler truly gives peace of mind, knowing that my boiler is in safe and professional hands. Very professional and efficient . Fixed the boiler very fast. Came back to install a new thermostat. Guided me step by step through the learning process and setting up the thermostat that he installed . Definitely will call them if needed and highly recommend them.

Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Stuart has always been very professional, takes time to explain the work required and answer any questions, and has very good ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

Jeremi is an outstanding handyman that I have worked with for over 2 years. He has helped with numerous items in the house including: putting up curtain rails, painting WC ceiling, putting up wall fans, fitting locks, replacing window handles, setting up Nest heating, painting window sills, putting up shelves/ paintings and fixing a running toilet. What stands out is his quality of work and knowledge. He pays attention to quality and often even notices when other trades people have cut corners. You will always get a straight answer about a job, and he considers the different options - both short and long term vs. the price. I completely trust Jeremi and will be working with him for the foreseeable future.

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to take the time in this case because I would definitely recommend Jeremi. No job was a problem - everything from replacing a tap, resealing a sink, fixing a lock, assembling bunk beds (which arrived with terrible instructions) as well as hanging shelves and frames. He even helped me order the right parts and sourced them for me where needed. He’s always arrived on time and messages back quickly. His work is of a high standard and he works so efficiently. Arash was fantastic -communicating quickly to arrange a same day visit to review and repair when our hot water cut out with freezing temperatures outside. Ivo fitted a shower pump for our new bathroom. He arrived on time and on the day he had booked. His workmanship was excellent and done on time. We also had a problem with our central heating at the same time that he sorted very quickly and he even phoned the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Broken electric shower. After panicking, I called a plumber we knew. He did arrive but then left us feeling we had a huge problem and nothing he could do to help. We came across Ivor by chance. What a miracle, not only that he turned up, but on time too!! Before stepping over our doorstep he put on some blue plastic shoe covers which indicated how much he respected other peoples property. Ivor assessed the problem in no time. He provided the background to the faulty unit and how the electric circuit functioned. The entire operation was conducted in a highly professional manner , with an approach that left us in no doubt as to his experience and capabilities. We agreed terms and the work was carried out efficiently, that very morning! The site was left neat, clean and very tidy. Ivor is a gift to anyone needing guidance and skill. Highly recommended.
