Tom is a wizard on underfloor heating. He has been very accommodating with our timings for the renovation of the property. I would definitely recommend.

Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark communicated at every stage and if ever we Whattsapped he responded very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Such lovely friendly guys! Came and fixed my broken toilet same day, came with the parts and were super friendly. They even fixed my taps at the same time. Really reasonably priced and trustworthy. Really recommend!

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. We have had Steve the plumber for quite a few years now, and he has fitted a new boiler, radiators, sink and taps, repaired items over the years, he has just repaired our boiler witch we had put in 12 years ago, all going well as usual. Had a leaking pipe which was discovered on a bank holiday. Mint were able to attend first thing next morning and fix the problem, no problem at all. Excellent service!

Steve is polite, efficient and communicates well. He helped with gas installation for a major renovation and connecting a new 33mm water pipe to system. I would have no problem recommending Steve.

This is one of the best shops around, very friendly and helpful even to non professional plumbers such as me. Always willing to help, no matter how busy they are. It's a shame shops like this are disappearing fast. Well done Butlers!

We got Chris to fix and replace a leaking lead mains pipe and to fix a boiler that was installed incorrectly. Chris is very knowledgeable of all areas of plumbing and reasonably priced. Honest, reliable and not over priced. I have been using Chris for annual boiler services/gas safety checks for the past 3 years. I would not use anyone else now. Chris is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going the extra mile by identifying and rectifying minor issues before they become a major issue. Chris has worked on emergency call-outs which were dealt with straight away, I cannot recommend Chris enough.

Chris is a very friendly, professional and knowledgable person about heaters and boilers. My flat didn't have hot water from my HIU. I've had a plumber come round before that wanted 3 parts replaced and quoted £1,400 for the job! I wanted a second opinion and Chris was able to get hot water running again within 5-10mins! He also gave me plenty of advise and explained about what the issue was and how to prevent it going forwards. If you're looking for a reliable and honest plumber, definitely go with them.

We had a leak from the old mains water pipe running under the property. Chris talked us through the most efficient solution and replaced the pipe in a day. Very efficiently and professionally done. No issues since. Highly recommend CS Gas.

He was very professional yet friendly and explained things in a way that we for the first time understood the entire heating system and the various faults with ours. Dean is very knowledgeable and provides a great service. We had issues with our heat pump air system for years, with several different companies trying to fix it with no luck. Dean finally got to the bottom of it and couldn’t be happier!

Terrifically helpful! After our heating system seized up on a very cold Friday morning Simon was able to pop by later in the day, and quickly found the issue (some gunked up valves) and solve the problem.
