Ian was professional and very helpful. I used his services based on a recommendation and I definitely don't regret it. He communicated clearly at each point the work he was carrying out to make sure I understood what was going on and actually spoke to me as a person. I would definitely use his services again.

Ian came to replace old leaky valves on our radiators. I initially found IJF Plumbing & Heating through check-a-trade and was impressed with their high reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. Ian was punctual, professional, polite and very tidy. The work was top quality and exactly as quoted, no nasty surprises. Ian and team are very friendly and I would have no problem recommending IJF to friends and family and will be my first port of call whenever I need a plumber.

Terrifically helpful! After our heating system seized up on a very cold Friday morning Simon was able to pop by later in the day, and quickly found the issue (some gunked up valves) and solve the problem. As well as quickly doing a service and sorting out some other hinky bits (expansion vessel on the blink too). We had heating again by tea time and a warm weekend ahead. Top happy with promptness, speed, friendliness, capability and cost. Great job, thanks!

Dean was recommended to us just a week ago when our heating went off! We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.

Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all.
