This is one of the best shops around, very friendly and helpful even to non professional plumbers such as me. Always willing to help, no matter how busy they are. It's a shame shops like this are disappearing fast. Well done Butlers!

Ian was professional and very helpful. I used his services based on a recommendation and I definitely don't regret it. He communicated clearly at each point the work he was carrying out to make sure I understood what was going on and actually spoke to me as a person. I would definitely use his services again.

We had a our boiler replaced by Ian and his service was second to none. Would definitely recommend. He didn't make us feel stupid when we asked questions, which we really appreciated. He kept the place today during and after. You should definitely give him a ring.

Ian came to replace old leaky valves on our radiators. I initially found IJF Plumbing & Heating through check-a-trade and was impressed with their high reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. Ian was punctual, professional, polite and very tidy. The work was top quality and exactly as quoted, no nasty surprises. Ian and team are very friendly and I would have no problem recommending IJF to friends and family and will be my first port of call whenever I need a plumber.

Excellent work carried out swiftly to mend a leaking overflow pipe and replace valves in the expansion tank in the loft. This is our 3rd time using Ian for various plumbing jobs and I would recommend his work

We have received excellent service from this company in recent weeks, first with an emergency evening callout to restore electricity, then with a full NIEC check, fitting of new consumer unit and various remedial works. In the same period they came to service the gas boiler and when unfortunately it had to be condemned, discussed options for a new one and provided us with a quotation within a few days. All the five staff we have dealt with, on the phone and/or in person, have been friendly, respectful and courteous.

Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. These guys not only deliver an excellent, highly efficient, fair costing plumbing service but their customer care is possibly the best I've encountered and that's saying something as I am a picky customer! They have consistently (and that's the key) delivered over a period of time an excellent service and whenever I've had a question or needed help they have gone above and beyond to deliver both the best physical plumbing service and virtual customer service. Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. SO refreshing to find an honest plumber you can trust! Highly recommend.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Adam and Dan are professional, friendly, efficient and trustworthy. They listen and come up with solutions when required. APH have created one stunning bathroom for me thus far, about to embark on a second. I highly recommend, I will be using them again and again and..

Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Tom is a wizard on underfloor heating. He has been very accommodating with our timings for the renovation of the property. I would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Simon responded to my messages quickly and dealt with our problem swiftly, giving us a few options to choose from. I wasn't home, so he sent updated photos of his progress, including a photo of closing my front door! Brilliant, quick, reliable service. Would highly recommend!

Terrifically helpful! After our heating system seized up on a very cold Friday morning Simon was able to pop by later in the day, and quickly found the issue (some gunked up valves) and solve the problem. As well as quickly doing a service and sorting out some other hinky bits (expansion vessel on the blink too). We had heating again by tea time and a warm weekend ahead. Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.
