We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We have just had Red Rock complete a 4 month build of an extension, reconfiguration of back of house and installation of new kitchen, utility room and shower room. All members of the team were at all times professional and hard-working. All the different trades worked well together. We now have a beautiful new extended living space. We employed Red Rock to replace the complete roof, reinsulate the loft space rebuild two chimney stacks, replace all the guttering, soffits etc and repaint the exterior of the house for us. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard with great attention to detail. The Red Rock team often had to work under difficult conditions and ridiculously short time restraints, this was never a problem for Rob, Glen and the Red Rock team they often worked late and weekends to finish the work, always tidy, polite and professional. Dan arrived exactly on time. He completed the boiler service and gas hob inspection. Before starting the service on the boiler, he was careful to cover the landing carpet with a sheet to avoid any mess. He also sent the gas safety certificate the same evening by email. I would thoroughly recommend using this company if you need any sort of gas service.

Dan arrived at the time arranged and completed the gas boiler service and landlord certificate. He was polite and explained what he was doing clearly. He showed great consideration and kindness to the Ukrainians who are living in the property. We would highly recommend him for his work today.

We have used Chedd Ltd for many years and have always been pleased with their excellent service. Recently we had a problem with the central heating/hot water within an hour their engineer had arrived and the problem was solved. The boiler was serviced this week and again engineer arrived well within time set. All staff are polite and efficient.

Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clive. He's kind, he listens, and he does a superb job.He recently modernised my mum's bathroom, listened carefully to what was needed, and worked hard to solve various plumbing issues to make what she wanted possible. He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We asked him to knit a new shower and toilet into an existing bathroom, which he did beautifully (his tiling is second to none). It wasn't an easy job, but at all times he was cheerful and friendly, and put mum at ease. We needed to remove old shower cabin and install a new shower. Clive has got a great expertise regarding this matter. He did a gr8 job not only in installation and plumbing but also in tiling. His advice on selection of required components – shower, tray and screen – was extremely useful. Although, the project took about 1,5 weeks we barely had any inconvenience as everything was done with immaculate tidiness. Looking forward fo have him back to fix some issues with upstairs bathroom and other bits and bolts.

I was wanting a new shower, new toilet and radiator to help with making it easy to get in and out of my existing shower. From initial discussions with Clive he listened carefully and the wok was completed professional Whilst completing the project Clive was clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and beautifully decorated and has very much improved the look of the bathroom which I look forward to using soon. Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. All of this has been done to a high standard and the shower is fully functional. Would recommend highly.
