Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. He was not phased by the task and completed the work to a very high standard, always looking after our immediate water needs. It was a pleasure to meet such a dedicated and experienced tradesman, who you can trust. I would definitely recommend Adam.

Adam has recently installed a Honeywell EvoHome system for me. We have a large, 1950s house with solid walls. Adam was very thorough in his survey, recommended where to site the controller for best signal, and even altered the piping to one of the radiators to put the HR92 in an optimum position for reception. As well as this, I had an antiquated setup with the pipes around the boiler and cylinder and with the wiring which Adam reworked whilst reusing as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Throughout his two days here, Adam was cheerful in the face of (1950s-era) adversity, chatty, tidy, etc. His knowledge of heating systems and some of the physics behind things is exemplary and should be a shining example to all his peers. I had two quotes for this work and Adam's was half the price of the other one because he recommended a pragmatic, keep it simple approach rather than trying to tackle everything at once. I anticipate a boiler upgrade in the next 12-15 months, and Adam will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Adam and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Jo was very helpful in the office throughout the whole process and Adam was very professional and honest from the quotation process right through to installation. Having just fitted a new bathroom I had awful pressure issues. Coupled with a boiler on the way out I knew it was time to look for quotes to replace the system. After several "no you don't want that"s I finally found Chapman! Jo was friendly and happy to work around my timeframe when booking for a quote visit which really helped as I work in London. Adam appeared a day later eating into his own evening, he spent the better part of 2 hours talking me through the probable causes of my problems and the options to fix. He explained everything right down to what must be basic plumbing to me and was very patient and easy to understand throughout. It's clear that Adam can do the simple installs and the complex as, every time there was a problem, we worked through it together so I wasn't clueless towards the end. Needless to say my pressure problem is permanently solved and earlier than expected too. The new system looks the part as well, professional, clean and safe Adam even placed some extra pipe protection in the loft as I mentioned I throw things up there on occasion. All this was done for the fair and quoted price which was honoured till the end. I'll only be using Chapman in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Weyside Heating were very professional, on time, good at communicating and they did a good job. My boiler had an issue and they immediately changed their day to help fix it, which was much appreciated.

We had an issue with our shower.. Stuart came over at the time he said. He diognosed the problem, sourced the part, told me the cost and fitted it.. what a nice friendly chap.. reliable, very clean and tidy and does exactly what he says...

I arranged for Stuart to come and fit a new shower as my old one had given up. He arrived on time and replaced my old shower and redirected the water feed which made a lovely tidy job. Stuart initially gave us a very reasonable & detailed quote for a complete bath refurbishment which we were happy with. Very good communication. Simon let me know when he would arrive. Serviced our boiler efficiently and rectified a fault with clear explanation. Replacing the valve took quite a short time considering the price. The cost of the part on the invoice would have been helpful .

Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.

Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.
