We have just had our back-boiler serviced by Simon, and he managed to resurrect it from the grave! He did an excellent job 👍, and we will be using him for a new boiler replacement in the spring. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Through out the process, he was polite and explained each steps. Now I have more understanding of the appliance and how it works. Thank you Dipesh! You are a true gem and a gentleman. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. Someone recommended to try Boilergurus, and I am grateful they did. It’s so nice to find tradesmen that you trust. Losing heating and hot water in the winter is a nightmare, and Lydia was able to move things about so that they could fit us in within just a few days. I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted.
