Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Also offered great advice and settings to increase the boiler efficiency. Excellent communication. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. A plumbers number you will always want to keep. Can not be more highly recommended. BTW I rarely leave reviews, but Niall deserves this one. Very many thanks. Chris

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James was very quick to respond (my request was out of hours), was at the property at the time specified and sorted the heating problem (a new programmer was needed) there and then. Very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and his handling of the job. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. Someone recommended to try Boilergurus, and I am grateful they did. It’s so nice to find tradesmen that you trust. A great company to deal with (they refurbished our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom in early 2024). From Guy’s first visit, through Luke (plumbing, joinery, etc), Darren (tiling) and Kevin (decorating) they listened carefully to what we wanted, regularly checked-in with us and delivered first-class results, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Fantastic service and work by the Baileys Team. This was a full bathroom refit and they coordinated tiling, decorating, fitting and plumbing aswell as arranging delivery of the goods from Grahams Plumbers Merchants. Absolute experts and Luke and team were so hard working, gave regular updates and cleaned up daily. There was also ongoing communication and active engagement with the owner (Guy) and Teresa in the office was superbly efficient and could not help enough. I simply cannot recommend enough.

I have used Bailey Plumbing for several years now and found Guy and all his staff extremely knowledgable and professional and couldn't recommend any higher. We first started using them when we were having issues with our fairly complicated underfloor heating system that had confounded many plumbers before Guy; however he was able to get to grips with it almost straight away. Subsequently we have just used them to re-fit two bathrooms and re-organise a plant room in our house and again their work is second to none. Equally importantly they do not shy away from coming back to do small remedial work or snagging. Thanks Guy and all the team.

Amazing Service from Bailey Plumbing & Heating. We had our boiler and water cylinder serviced. Rob was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. First time that I use this company and supper happy with the result. Problem with my boiler (pressure was going down due to leak). Next day, John arrived on time, as scheduled. He spent almost 4 hours. He went through the whole house to inspect, found the leak, removed the tile in the bathroom and fixed. I have had to deal with quite few guys recently due to ongoing works at home and I can confirm that John is among the best 2. Well organized, Tide and Clean and most important he fixed my problem. Excellent service from the Specialist Leak Detection company. Was able to get an appointment within a few days and the booking process was really easy. The engineer was extremely friendly and professional and sourced the leak issue quickly and efficiently. He was also able to provide insurance advice which was really helpful. Can’t say how great these guys are. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Can’t thank them enough for this as my 74 year old mother had heat and hot water back on within a day. Steve and his crew were polite, clean and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone
