Brilliant service by the two gentleman who arrived to repair our boiler. After a short conversation with the engineers, I grasped they are very experienced. I had a fantastic experience with this service! They arrived right on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and tidy. I appreciated that they wore sleeves over their shoes to protect the carpet, which showed real attention to detail. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They even replaced the heater temperature gauge without any extra charge. Overall, great guys and outstanding service—highly recommended!

Brilliant lads! Extremely polite and friendly. Came out quickly and had all parts needed to fix and replaced mid position valve. Reasonably priced and efficient. Really impressed with their work. I have called them out twice for 2 different jobs and will call again if needed! Totally recommend!!!

I've used the boys from GU Gas Services multiple times, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. They are always quick to arrive, diagnose the issue promptly, and carry out the work to a high standard. They also make sure everything is left clean and tidy, which is much appreciated. On this latest occasion, I had some boiler issues. True to form, they were quick to respond, identified the problem efficiently, and completed the repair with a thoroughly professional approach. The two engineers came out to help detect and repair a leak. This was a longstanding issue that was increasing my water usage, which in turn meant higher bills. They were very professional and came out in no time. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used the team for two issues, both of which they sorted out brilliantly. First, my mother’s heating system stopped working. Tracking down the issue was made very complicated by my late father having rewired the whole system himself to a “bespoke” set up. Despite this the guys would not be bested and tracked down the fault to a faulty diverter valve, something only possible once they had understood the rather special setup. All now works perfectly without needing to fully rewire everything. Second, my boiler had a fault which two previous plumbers could not diagnose, one of which was an engineer sent out by Glow Worm. Again the guys persevered and correctly diagnosed the fault. Unfortunately it meant a new boiler, but they sourced one quickly and did a perfect installation. I was not pressured to get a new boiler - they were keen to show me that a new boiler was the cost-effective solution compared to repair but it was always my choice, and post installation evidence has shown they were right. All work done quickly, politely and at a very fair price. Faultless and would highly recommend (have already done so to a friend).

I’ve had a first class experience with Boilergurus. From the initial call where the problem was easily identified and cost worked out up front. Great communication throughout so I knew what was going on and with a very knowledgeable hardworking engineer was able to get the recent issue resolved quickly. I have used Boilergurus several times now and each time have been very helpful and able to sort the issues from installing a new boiler to motorised valve.

Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. Someone recommended to try Boilergurus, and I am grateful they did. It’s so nice to find tradesmen that you trust. They did the job quickly and professionally, kept the place clean, and were nice people all round. Losing heating and hot water in the winter is a nightmare, and Lydia was able to move things about so that they could fit us in within just a few days. I am super grateful for them, and would recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or servicing!

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Even helped get a radiator working again and gave me lots of very helpful advice on our heating system. Will 100% being using them for any plumbing and heating jobs going forward. Fantastic service and work by the Baileys Team. This was a full bathroom refit and they coordinated tiling, decorating, fitting and plumbing aswell as arranging delivery of the goods from Grahams Plumbers Merchants. Absolute experts and Luke and team were so hard working, gave regular updates and cleaned up daily. There was also ongoing communication and active engagement with the owner (Guy) and Teresa in the office was superbly efficient and could not help enough. I simply cannot recommend enough.

I have used Bailey Plumbing for several years now and found Guy and all his staff extremely knowledgable and professional and couldn't recommend any higher. We first started using them when we were having issues with our fairly complicated underfloor heating system that had confounded many plumbers before Guy; however he was able to get to grips with it almost straight away. Subsequently we have just used them to re-fit two bathrooms and re-organise a plant room in our house and again their work is second to none. A great company to deal with (they refurbished our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom in early 2024). From Guy’s first visit, through Luke (plumbing, joinery, etc), Darren (tiling) and Kevin (decorating) they listened carefully to what we wanted, regularly checked-in with us and delivered first-class results, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Everyone, including the office team, was friendly, reliable and communicated well. The works were carried out cleanly and efficiently and it was a pleasure having them in our home. When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent. The service was fantastic. We had a leak in our cellar which was attended to by a different company who left and charged when the stop cock couldn’t be found. The service was very polite over the phone providing reassurance of the type of work that would be carried out. The engineer (Tyler) arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He worked tirelessly to locate the leak having to navigate 3 properties in the process due to a shared supply. He conducted numerous testing including sound and gas testing and established there was no leak in the mains pipe. He then went above and beyond and put red dye in the bath to see if further down the line in a couple of days the waste water pipes could be causing the leak. He was very helpful very knowledgable and tried his level best to assist. I would recommend this company to anyone and Tyler particularly thank you so much for your help. 5 stars

First time that I use this company and supper happy with the result. Problem with my boiler (pressure was going down due to leak). Next day, John arrived on time, as scheduled. He spent almost 4 hours. He went through the whole house to inspect, found the leak, removed the tile in the bathroom and fixed. I have had to deal with quite few guys recently due to ongoing works at home and I can confirm that John is among the best 2. Well organized, Tide and Clean and most important he fixed my problem. He provided me with clear feedback and evidence of the issue and what was done. Highly recomendated, specially witb John.....

A most helpful Company quickly responding to my request for help. The engineer was very obliging, explaining the procedures necessary to locate the water leak from the outside meter to stop cock within the property. Very pleased! and satisfied!
