I choose the Amber Group to do a CCTV drain survey for my 90-year-old mother, as I did not want to go to a very small one-man company and also did not want to go to a big national franchise chain, as the quality can vary at the local level. The drain survey identified several problems which needed to be fixed. From start to finish, I was not disappointed with the Amber Group. All the staff were very professional; however, I would like to highlight Kevin who was particularly good. During the 4 days Kevin spent on site, he was really knowledgeable, went the ‘extra mile’ to help and I can’t fault his workmanship. I always felt that they were not trying to push us towards the most expensive solution and their prices were reasonable; thus, I would definitely recommend the Amber Group to others.

Great experience of the Amber Group during a recent issue with our boiler. They came out the following morning, tracked down the issue & had another engineer come out later the same day to fix it. All the team were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Will definitely use them again - thank you!

Russell has been taking care of the boiler (installed it as well) for over 7 years. He is completely reliable, arrives when he says he will, and is very good at explaining in simple layman's terms what needs to be done. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours.

So refreshing to find someone who we can feel confident in. They know what they are doing and explain things clearly to us. After quite a few bad experiences with other engineers, we are very pleased with the work done and will be returning for regular servicing.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.

Super friendly service. Very fast response time. Best expertise and transparent visualisation of the problems and its possible solutions. The work and installation on our new gas boiler was thoroughly thought through and carried out accurately. Older problems with the heating system and its pipes were recognised, rectified and replaced immediately. The service and work done by Express Plumbing was fulfilled to our complete satisfaction.

Ernesto - Express Plumbing has again does some excellent work on my older boiler and central heating system. He fixed a radiator leak, cleaned the header tank (a horrible job!) and fixed a fault with the hot water, replacing valves. Ernesto kept in touch to check that everything was working and returned twice to make adjustments and he wouldn't consider the work completed until everything was fine. I recommend Express Plumbing - Ernesto - very highly indeed for professionalism and quality of work.

Luke replaced and reconfigured the pipework beneath the kitchen sink. He was on time, very friendly and kept in touch leading up to the appointment. The job needed a bit more work than originally thought, Luke explained what was required and completed the job. Really nice guy, professional and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Been using Anthony @ Keystone for 2 years now. He installed a new boiler, replaced radiators, and subsequently done our yearly maintenance. Superb service, reliable. Definitely recommend him.

Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. Prompt response, professional and polite. I had my boiler out of power at night, Ali came to fix it on next day morning. Although it was due to my son switched off the fuse socket accidentally, Ali still checked the boiler in detail. I will keep using his services in the future for sure.

His communication over email was great and his prices better than all the other companies I contacted. Callum installed a new bathroom suite and converted our plumbing to a pressurised system so we could get the tanks out of the loft and enjoy a better shower and water pressure.
