Niall was superb. He came out the same day, on a Saturday, sorted the rather complicated problem and got our heating and hot water on again. We are so grateful. He is also an exceptionally nice person and will use him again.

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Also offered great advice and settings to increase the boiler efficiency. Excellent communication. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

Luna gas and his team are very efficient and helpful. They have helped me with cost effective repairs and advise at reasonable prices. Very transparent and very responsive sometimes even at very short notice he’s got my boiler moving and up and running. Really grateful to have found him. On two occasions at different properties they went out of their way to get parts and make sure we had heat the same day.

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks!
