Our client had an infestation of bed bugs in their property. The bugs had been in the property for several months and the infestation became imbedded. We needed the bedbugs exterminated before we would enter the property. Thermal Pest Control were very accommodating by agreeing to carry out the heat treatment on a Sunday. The pest controllers carrying out the heat treatment seemed very experienced and were both helpful in answering questions and friendly. The extermination not only killed all the bedbugs but also other bugs as well. There was a problem with carpet moths in several rooms prior to the treatment being carried out, which were also eradicated thanks to the heat treatment.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved.
