I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

Oscar was a true star. He eliminated the problem quickly and returned week after week to absolutely ensure there were no more pests. Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Was recommended Oscar at OG pest control from a neighbour who had used them & we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

I would never go anywhere else for my pest control problems. Michael is truly the most professional person I've come across, his knowledge and passion are amazing and he fixed my problem in a matter of weeks (compared to another local company in Woking who spent 8 months trying to solve the same issue and charged me 3x as much). Michael clearly knows what he's talking about. He was clear, concise and incredibly professional - very knowledgable, and left us with a good understanding of next steps and strategies. His attitude towards his work feels like a really rare thing to find these days, and as busy 30 somethings, it's fantastic to meet someone who really cares about your home and welfare - not just doing it for the cheque at the end.
