Very understanding and helpful! Quick reply!I called a previous firm because I was particularly worried about bed bugs, but they said they couldn't locate anything. I then called Quick Pest Control. They discovered an infestation and treated it the same day. They were really professional, kind staff specially Motasim. They gave me a same-day appointment. I would definitely use their service again and suggest it to everyone.

Fantastic and really beneficial! He did a terrific job of comforting me because I'm afraid of mice. He was able to visit our house that same day within a few hours after we contacted. He also gave us information on potential entry points and ways to keep pests out of the house in the future. Fantastic dude! Five stars!

He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof.
