Great service and very quick to respond. Tim and his sister came to our house and diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave us an honest fix in how to prevent starlings entering part of our roof. Would highly recommend, they were professional and straight to the point. I would call them again if the issue arises

Fantastic service from Tim & Sherry getting rid of some unwanted guests at our house. Extremely quick to respond, flexible on appointment times and extremely discreet (The company van does not have the company name displayed on it). Tim has fantastic knowledge & was able to use traps & cameras to carry out his work. Very good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends & family.

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. Dave was fantastic and reassuring when I had Field Mice in my loft. He explained everything to me clearly and made a plan of action to help. Within 3 days the Mice had gone. Dave came to me same day and his communication for future visits was very good. He also sprayed a "Spider Spray" for me around a very Spider ridden outdoor storage unit I have!! Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit.
