Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough

Having had a very negative experience with another Pest Control company I engaged the services of PGH Pest control. Stuart was reassuring, thorough and professional. He spent time explaining what he was going to do and provided lots of guidance and advice on proofing the property. I would highly recommend PGH. Everything carried out was reported in a document sent to me before Stuart had even left the property.

We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!
