I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Michael came round to advise me on rats. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Well we actually only had a phone call - but he spent some time explaining why we have a wasp problem and gave some really practical advice which we massively appreciated!

While fixing a shed door for my parents, I saw wasps flying in and out a hole in the shed. I called this company, explained the situation, and was really pleased the wasps could be dealt with the next morning... Anyway, it was a LARGE wasps' nest, so definitely best left to a professional! He treated the area and physically removed the nest. There were a few stray wasps, but they vanished within a couple of hours. Good job and he seemed like a nice guy.... recommended.

Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Gavin arrived the next day and didn't make me feel stupid for calling him out. He said it wouldn't have been long before the grubs hatched and a bigger nest created. Jason has helped us out twice now, first when we had a squirrel nest in our attic and secondly when a fox was digging up our lawn. Both times he responded quickly and was able to visit really quickly, a really knowledgeable and nice guy - thoroughly recommend!

Jason came out at short notice to investigate a potential wasp nest in our attic. Really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was here for around 15-20 minutes but wouldn’t accept payment because there was no removal required. Highly recommended and he’s now our “go to” pest control expert.

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice!
