Well we actually only had a phone call - but he spent some time explaining why we have a wasp problem and gave some really practical advice which we massively appreciated!

Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. Now I can actually open my bedroom windows so no more stuffy nights for me :)

Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Gavin arrived the next day and didn't make me feel stupid for calling him out. He said it wouldn't have been long before the grubs hatched and a bigger nest created. We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Very professional work!!! We had a rat problem the first time at our store and he came and cleared it all within a week however we had another problem with cockroach's and with great work he is treating it right now. Price is really good and a very good man explains everything to you and does check ups.

We had cockroaches in our house and we contacted Top Line Pest Control to help get rid of them. Javad came to our house to do an inspection in which he took great care and time to look around and understand the problem. He then did the treatment to exterminate the bugs and it worked! Todd arrived the next day and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the nest externally and it only took about ten minutes. Our client had an infestation of bed bugs in their property. The bugs had been in the property for several months and the infestation became imbedded. We needed the bedbugs exterminated before we would enter the property. Thermal Pest Control were very accommodating by agreeing to carry out the heat treatment on a Sunday. The pest controllers carrying out the heat treatment seemed very experienced and were both helpful in answering questions and friendly. The extermination not only killed all the bedbugs but also other bugs as well. There was a problem with carpet moths in several rooms prior to the treatment being carried out, which were also eradicated thanks to the heat treatment.
