After suspecting we had rats in our loft, we contacted the Pest Stop Boys and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely quick to come round and identify exactly how the rats were getting in. He then put everything in place to sort the issue, being extremely thorough, explaining everything to us along the way and also came back a few days later to check everything was going to plan. What was a pretty nasty discovery was quickly resolved with 5* service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish of our “rat” journey Pest Stop Boys were a brilliant company. Myself and neighbour had a rat infestation, they were in the walls and under floors between our houses. Darren arrived and we instantly felt reassured. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like he was “on our side” and fighting this battle with us. He undertook an extensive review of the house, garden, drains and lofts. He made two return visits and fitted a one way valve in drain outside, lay poison and also filled holes we discovered in kitchen. Pest Stop were super responsive and made return visits until we were reassured we had won the war! I was also incredibly impressed at how their services were priced in comparison to other pest controls… Thank you Pest Stop Boys.. we are now sleeping peacefully again.

I used Pest Shop Boys during summer to help with keeping rats out of the house. They were much more thorough than a previous company we used, reasonably priced and coordinated with myself and my upstairs neighbours to ensure the whole building was sorted. They concluded they thought it was the drains so they fitted a valve and it's been a few months now and so far so good! Darren and Jacinta were very friendly and helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul's efficient & reliable service.

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.
