One of my cats brought and let lose in the house an unwanted rodent (🐀 rat!!). Phoned Apollo Pest Control who attended very quickly - thankfully - capturing unwanted guest with speed. Cannot thank you enough! ☺️

Needed a wasp nest dealt with urgently- no fuss - rang around 9.15 and nest sorted in a couple of hours. Had a prompt call back and only happy to help.

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Would definitely use them again if we have any further pest problems

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. Now I can actually open my bedroom windows so no more stuffy nights for me :)

Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Gavin arrived the next day and didn't make me feel stupid for calling him out. He said it wouldn't have been long before the grubs hatched and a bigger nest created. Paul is super professional and responds very quickly. He dealt with various wasps and mice problems in our old house. Really nice guy and would definitely recommend.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
