Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. Andy was great. He was quick to respond and return calls and kindly fit in the work within a couple of hours of my first call. He also checked up on whether the wasp nest needed a second treatment after finishing another job in the area the next day and stopped by to do that to make sure all was sorted.

The service provided was absolutely perfect, from the initial contact through to the wasp/bee nest removal. My initial call was answered very promptly, I had regular updates, (communication can be through WhatsApp if one wishes (I did!)),  service was delivered on time within a few days of my initial call and all for a competitive price. Very positive experience with Paul from Bailey’s pest control today. He came over to inspect my property for bed bugs, was very reassuring. Had a rapid PCR test to quickly show if bed bugs were present - thankfully we think it was negative. Reassuring and experienced, would recommend. I will use him I be the future if I am concerned again or with other pest issues.
