Tom and his guys were superb for us. Great communication and always on top of things. Real professionals but also very personable. We are so pleased with everything Tom has done in our home. Tom has now led the refurbishment of our kitchen, diner, hallway, utility, downstairs shower room, main bedroom, en-suite and family bathroom. There’s never any nonsense and we enjoy having him around. We tried someone else when Tom wasn’t available and got badly burned. We can’t wait to work with him on our next round! Our home was a wreck and thanks to Tom it’s all coming together and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Eastwood Carpentry & Building Ltd.

We would highly recommend Tom and his team who did an amazing job on our kitchen project, which included ripping out our old kitchen, laying new flooring through the whole of the downstairs and converting the cupboard under the stairs into a dog house. Tom remained true to his quote and was very reliable and trustworthy. He kept us updated regularly and realistically worked with us on our vision. We have future projects and Tom will be our first port of call.

If I were to describe Tom’s approach to my home renovations I would describe him as inclusive, having great communication skills, proactive, (particularly important when as is often the case, a couple of unpredicted issues arose), approachable & open to discussing options when needed & incredibly professional. The standard of work was high & the finish is faultless. My kitchen was not entirely standard off the shelf construction, but was finished beautifully. I would have no hesitation asking Tom to carry out work on my home in the future or recommending him to others. It can be a daunting prospect embarking on a build but I was confident with the choice I made & had no misgivings at any stage. Tom is a gem!!

Amazing! I am so grateful I chose Andrew as our roofer. His attention to detail is above and beyond anything I could have ever expected and his sincere and honest customer service is unbeatable. Andy came out to look at our chimney, as it was becoming an absolute nightmare. I had received a few alarming quotes, and a couple of no shows from other companies (would you believe it?!) Andy arranged to come and inspect the work needed and give me a quote at 7 o'clock in the evening, due to my difficult working hours and long commute, quoting really fairly. I asked about a few other odd bits that are on my long list of "to dos". His straightforward demeanor meant I was well informed about the necessary work, telling me that certain other bits could be cut in price here and there, as not as complicated (or expensive) as I was led to believe by other builders. Long story short, we've been lucky enough to have Andy as and when things come up. The chimney is repointed, our lead work has been done, he's even going to do us a few cabinets in the house, always keeping me in the loop about everything going on. And he cleans up after himself! Never known a roofer to be so meticulous in absolutely every little task. Honestly, if you're thinking about hiring AJC, you're already onto a winner! Absolutely brilliant!

Excellent company. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Ed listened to what type of bar I wanted , did an initial site visit then put together detailed plans which he sent across for review. The end result was even better than I had hoped for. The finish and workmanship was excellent and Harry and the two guys who came to install were great to deal with and did a meticulous job. Ferdi built us an amazing cupboard to store our coats, shoes, hats and scarves. He planned and designed it on site and we are thrilled with the result. He was very neat and we were impressed with the quality of his work. We painted the cupboard ourselves but forgot to take ‘before’ photos. The cupboard was built using MDF.

Mansur Carpentry supplied and installed a new stair rail. The work was of the highest quality and I am totally delighted with the result. Came across Mansur Carpentry by chance via the Next Door app and so glad that we did. Ferdi and Sevda visited to quote for picture rail / wall paneling installation in the living room design & installation of utility room storage. Our list then grew to plywood installation in living room and hallway floors, leveling hallway floor, boxing in pipes, installation of herringbone LVT flooring, adjusting room doors and kitchen cabinets. Ferdi provided an exact list of materials and designed the utility room based on IKEA cabinetry. The end results exceeded our expectations, Ferdi is a true Craftsmen. Communication was excellent, tidiness wonderful and honesty to match. Ferdi also very kindly helped us with some other jobs like installing door hooks and hanging a very large painting (twice 🙂). Cannot recommend enough!!!!

Callum came to my house to stop my wooden shed roof from leaking. He arrived at the time we had agreed and his work was tidy and thorough. Whilst he was at my property, I asked if he could repair a wooden storage box, he managed to do this during the same visit. He was polite and courteous. Very reasonably priced. Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.
