We used Honeywood Carpentry & Joinery to provide our beautiful new kitchen, dresser, utility room, fitted wardrobes in four bedrooms, bath panels & vanity cupboard doors. Dean was fantastic at creating designs to my exact specifications and helping me choose the right colours, details and ironmongery. He was very patient with my ‘additions’ that I requested and has included some beautiful bespoke features in the kitchen, which I had seen in other kitchen showrooms (spice racks, knife block, bin bag drawer, utensil dividers). He invited me to his workshop to see mock ups of the paint finish and ironmongery and allowed me to take them home, which enabled me to choose the worktop. We have sloping ceilings in our bedrooms and so not only are the fitted wardrobes incredibly practical, they show exceptional workmanship. The sprayed paint finishes are beautiful and durable. We are thrilled with all aspects of the work and look forward to using Honeywood again in the future for fitted furniture.

I was recommended to Dean after searching every other option available with in my budget. I felt blessed to have found him. He gave me a kitchen beyond my wildest dreams and friends that had big budgets are still blown away by mine. He won’t mind me saying that his communication in returning messages can be frustrating BUT it’s because he’s busy and needs admin support. I wouldn’t hesitate in any way, shape or form to recommend and to use Dean and his brilliant team again, the easiest builders I’ve ever had in my house. I would highly recommend Honeywood. After trawling around all the normal 'high street' kitchen suppliers I was really disappointed with not only the quality but cost of the sub standard units. I was a bit apprehensive of approaching a joinery company as I just thought it was totally unaffordable. Little did I know that this was the best decision I made. The kitchen was designed to my exact specification. The whole process was clear and was personal to us. The fitting was pain-free, the end result is absolutely stunning and it didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Tidy, professional and delivering what you ask for. Excellent work by James and his team (Max, Chris and Attila). We had a number of custom units designed, built, fitted and painted by James Carpentry and we love them all! The team were punctual, polite, clean and have great attention to detail - they clearly take pride in their work. The quality and finish is excellent. It was a pleasure to have them at our home. We were impressed by how quickly they came round to do measurements, their patience with all our questions and the overall time it took to get everything done. Attaching some photos of their work! I had two bespoke wardrobes built in our home by James and his team. From the initial consultation with Anna, to James and the team who built the wardrobes and Attila who hand painted them - I could not fault any part of the process. Excellent communication through-out, spoilt for choice in terms of options, well priced and built in a timely fashion to a high standard, by a team who were polite and tidy. We had an alcove unit made for us and a full length wall fitted wardrobe. The whole team were fab - from the designs, to the door knobs, to how tidy and considerate they were building the units and their attention to detail. Very professional and friendly and excellent quality.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by James' team and we could not be happier with our new fitted wardrobe. From first contact with Anna to installation, communication was extremely professional. They are very knowledgeable and they take the time to address all your concerns and requests, giving you excellent advice about the design and the smallest details. The installation service was carried out smoothly, without much disruption to us and within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the product speaks for itself - a lot of our friends and family have already commented on how beautiful our new wardrobe looks and how functional is the interior. I haven't written a review online in a long time, but after using Woodology, I thought I'd take some time out to comment on my experience using them. We have recently moved into a new build property and had new carpets fitted, but the fitters took all our doors off and couldn't put them back on as there wasn't enough clearance once installed. Moving in that weekend, I was desperate for a carpenter to ease my doors. I found Woodology online and called them up and by sheer luck, they were available that same afternoon! When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. Just really nice down to earth chaps. They were tidy, well mannered and they were clearly highly skilled as their workmanship was first class! They did an excellent job in next to no time at all. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. In fact, I have some units that I would like bespokley made, so I will be back in touch soon.

I am so happy with the team from Woodology. They have replaced all interior doors and doorframes, skirting boards and bannister for the stairs. Everything looks amazing. They have been easy to deal with and very professional and communication has been clear and timely. Charlie has led the work at the house and he has been a pleasure to have in the house and he is clearly very passionate about his work. I am in the process of booking them in for more work and I would happily recommend them.

We are absolutely thrilled with the bespoke wardrobe that Louis and his team built for us in a challenging space with many angles. The transformation of the room is remarkable, and we couldn’t be happier. Louis is incredibly easy to work with; nothing is too much trouble for him, and his communication skills are excellent, which is quite rare these days! He was always punctual, and the quality of the work is outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending Woodology and are already planning to use Louis’ services for our next project, wood decking in the garden.

Matthew has been really supportive and patient as we went through the design process for our bookcase. Visiting his workshop and going through all of the options was really useful and helped us understand exactly what we were after, especially seeing where the work would be done. Now the bookcase has been installed we could not be happier and the quality of the work is excellent. I would whole heartedly recommended Matthew for his carpentry.

We cannot recommend Matthew and his team highly enough. They recently designed, made and installed bookcases/ cabinets in our home office and we are absolutely delighted with them. Matthew guided us through the process from initial design discussions to the installation, with care and complete professionalism. He advised us at every stage of the process and considered everything down to the smallest of details. The end result is better than we had hoped for.

Matthew and his team designed our master bedroom and dressing room wardrobes. From the initial meeting with Matthew at his workshop, to the completion, the whole team have been professional, timely, efficient and friendly. The process has been very smooth with information regarding installation dates being communicated frequently. Upon completion of the wardrobes, we decided that we needed an understair cupboard and Matthew obliged! All of the furniture looks very in keeping with our cottage, is of excellent quality and finish. We cannot recommend Matthew Roberts Carpentry highly enough.

I found Fine Design through a recommendation from a friend and I'm so pleased I did. We had a few problems so it wasn't just a straight forward bathroom replacement, we had water damage and a wall that needed to be removed to get the bath out, Adem and his team delt with it quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed all the way through, I had chosen a sink but when it came I didnt like it, this was no problem, it went back and by the next day I had one I loved. The quality of the bathroom and the work is brilliant and the price was incredibly reasonable against other quotes. I had ordered blinds separately from Fine Designs that didn't arrive while they were doing the job so Adem very kindly came back to fit them for me.

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Sean is very professional, tidy and pays attention to detail and good finish on his jobs. Very reasonable prices, and very accomodating for urgent smaller jobs. Highly recommend him.

I asked sean if he could pop by my house once again as I had a vision but didn’t know if it would work or not. Sean came up with a bespoke design, hand built & completed my fitted storage units to perfection. Would highly recommend and will be using Sean again for future projects.

Sean and his team at SL Carpentry have mastered the art of making life easy- they do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and at a competitive price. Sean recently fitted a loft hatch in our home which completely transformed the use ability of our loft (and looks great!) Will be using again!

We've used SM Carpentry for a number of jobs and most recently a new front door installation with draft excluder and fitting a kitchen with a new boiler cupboard. The job he's done was fantastic. Needed a custom fit Wardrobe built in my bedroom and a friend recommended Elliott & Harvey who had done a great job for them. Elliott was quick to respond from the offset after I enquired. Building a wardrobe isn’t my field so he gave me numerous options and really listened to what i wanted and worked within my price budget. Elliott was very flexible and managed to squeeze us in before Christmas which we didn’t expect at all. Genuinely felt like he went out his way to get it done for us whilst we were still living out of bags. The Wardrobe itself took Elliott & Harvey just 1 day to build. On the day itself i was away with work but Elliotts communication around what he had done & giving regular updates was second to none. The quality of the Wardrobe and attention to detail with the shelfs, rails and sliding doors is excellent. Also when i returned from work it was like nobody had been in the house all day due to how tidy they had left it. Very professional, top quality work and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Although choosing a company to do home improvements can be anxiety provoking, I am so very pleased to have chosen Brightbuild Solutions Ltd. Elliot and his team of trades people (Chris, Harvey, Graham and Micky) were not only good at what they do but are reliable, professional, trustworthy, friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. They delivered on their promises using good quality products and ensured everything was done as had been agreed. Our project required cutting and installing new doorways, windows and a much larger patio door. It also involved erecting and plastering dry walls, levelling and laying flooring. A new bathroom was installed along with new lighting and switches, etc. We can only say a heartfelt thank you to Elliott and his team. We have recommended them to family members and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Brightbuild made a bespoke hardwood front door and frame with an arched top. Excellent workmanship exactly to our specifications. They were on time for appointments and the installation was completed perfectly. They cleaned up after the work - spotless. I would use them again and strongly recommend them.
