I’m an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist and find it to be quite terrifying. Dr Patel soon put my fears to rest and explained everything to me, putting me at ease almost immediately. He explained my treatment clearly, offered me options and worked with me to work out a plan. I’m so grateful to find a dentist who doesn’t push treatments on you, listens to your concerns and works with you to get the work done - thank you so so much - I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist absolutely come here 10/10!

Dr Akhil Patel has an incredible talent with patients. He is very knowledgeable and easily conveys his expertise in simple terms to relax and assure.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. It was a pleasant experience, the motto Health and Smile rings true. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice

I have been visiting Portmore for years, and the service has always been excellent. This time, however, I want to highlight Dr. Brazier, who treated me and even followed up (without me requesting it) until everything was resolved. He is a brilliant dentist with extensive experience Not 5 stars only because there is always room to improve!

I visited Sana Shabbir today, the dental hygienist at the Mews Dental Practice. I just wanted to recommend her to anyone who is a bit nervous about having treatment. She was very good at really listening to my concerns and tapered the treatment accordingly. Very gentle in her approach. I now feel much happier about attending my next appointment. I cannot rate this practice highly enough. I had to have a root canal treatment and was pretty scared as I have a low pain threshold. From the reception staff to the dental nurse to dental specialist, I received information (verbal and written), treatment, care and follow-up of the highest degree. After the first of a projected two-part treatment I have no fear of the next. The place is clean, bright, pleasant and comfortable. Once in the waiting room there is very little waiting time, equipment used seems to be the highly sophisticated and modern. Honestly? If you're looking for a recommendation, I wholeheartedly give this one 10/10

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

Longborough have given me excellent treatment over several years. This includes some replacement fillings and a capped tooth, plus regular hygiene appointments. Extremely well organized, good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most importantly pain free. Not cheap, but good value for money.

The best dental practise! Receptionists are so friendly and the dentists are great at what they do. Dr Donnie is great at making my son feel comfortable and not nervous when he’s having his dental checkups. The orthodontic treatments they offer are better than anywhere else my teeth are so straight now. Highly recommend.

Attended a free clinic for my 2 year old which I thought was such a great idea for people like me who can’t find a dentist for our young children. I easily made an appointment and there was no waiting time. The clinic was clean and quiet. Very grateful.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

Moved here recently from a large local practice and am so pleased I did. From the very first phone call the experience was friendly and welcoming. Dr Downey is amazingly calm, gentle and patient. My late father was a dentist and at last I've found somewhere I feel I can put my total trust. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The friendly and professional service from reception and Dr. Downey were top tier and the pricing throughout was transparent and fair. This clinic is a valuable asset for Dorking and I highly recommend visiting for a check up or if you have any dental issue, to get the best treatment available.

Monica, the orthodontist, at the practice has been wonderful with my teenage daughter. She has straightened her teeth giving her a lovely smile. She obviously loves working with young people and made my daughter feel very comfortable with her regular visits. She treated her with such warmth and always involved her in any discussions. My daughter and I would thoroughly recommend her. Following my daughter’s experience, I am now seeing Monica. She explained the treatment very clearly with great visuals. She is always very open to questions and is very professional whilst also being fun.

Dr Rabia Satti treated me for a broken crown, it was an emergency as I had holiday booked in a couple of days time, she fitted me in at short notice and provided an excellent temporary soloution, with a sensible long term plan of action for when I come back from my holiday. I'm very happy with my overall experience.

West Horsley Dental is an excellent practice. Mazin has been our family dentist for nearly twenty years. He is always very thorough and precise and I’m really happy with his dentistry. In addition he is very caring and considerate and will always put you at ease. He is highly recommended.

Very happy with my implant. From the very start when my tooth broke apart when I accidentally bit hard on an olive stone, Wassim professionally removed the fragments and over the next treatments, rebuilt the bone, installed an implant and finally fitted a crown to match neighbouring teeth. I can now enjoy eating again.

Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.
