Dr Jaguar Hsu was very patient and friendly with my little girl, she was scared and hiding but then was happy to sit and let him do the checks. In my following appointment, Dr Jaguar Hsu and Jennifer were both very professional and caring. I am very happy with the results and service I got there.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Amrish at Coulsdon Dental Clinic! As a nervous patient, I was initially apprehensive, but Dr. Amrish’s calm and reassuring approach put me completely at ease. He took the time to do a really thorough exam, explaining everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. When it came to my fillings, he was so gentle and precise that I didn’t feel nervous at all. He’s clearly very skilled and genuinely cares about his patients, which made the whole process so much easier for me. The results are fantastic, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I also want to give a big shoutout to the amazing hygienist, Padma, who did the most thorough hygiene cleaning I’ve ever had! If you’re a nervous patient or just looking for a professional, kind, and detail-oriented team, I’d highly recommend this place!

My wisdom tooth extraction was done by Dr. Jaguar and assisted by Nurse Jennifer. Both with great patience, have done a good professional job and a excellent teamwork since it was a very difficult extraction and both were commucating with excellence. I wish Dr. Jaguar and Nurse Jennifer a very good future and appreciate all the support given to the patient with patience.

I have been a client of this practice a while now and introduced my youngest, now back from uni, to them just last week. First class service, very understanding of the needs of a young adult with autism. The dental hygienist in particular was excellent at explaining everything they needed to do and giving time, when needed, for a response. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

I have been using Ivory for many years and I am very happy with them. I recently lost a crown and the receptionists were very efficient in arranging an early appointment. They are always welcoming. All of the staff are absolutely lovely! I haven’t visited the dentist for a while and I was quite anxious about going, but reception were incredibly nice when booking in, and put me at ease. Amazing service! Everyone is professional and warm from the moment you walk in. I’ve been several times and always left with a smile on my face (made even better by the dentists of course!) It’s not cheap, but the service you get is definitely worth the money! Come to Ivory and start smiling again 😁

The service from the Administration department at the Ivory dental practice is 1st class. The dental professionals are absolutely superb. I would rate Ivory dental as the best you can find anywhere. Professional, friendly and above all, a practice you can trust.

Can't fault the service, prompt response to the issue and pain being experienced, friendliness of the receptionist, and diligence of the dentist (Shane) and after care email and telephone call following an extraction. No pain associated with the treatment but cost associated with non-NHS dentistry would frighten many (hence 4*)

I cannot recommend Dr. Vanesha Patel at Crossways Dental in Coulsdon highly enough! From the moment I walked in, her warm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. I’ve been with MyDentist in Coulsdon since 2023 and I have found that Jo, the receptionist is absolutely superb. I had a hiccup with a previous dentist but now she has left, I have Dr Arti Muley, who is excellent and whom I much prefer. The dental nurse is also lovely. I’m glad I’ve finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.

I have been coming to this dentists for a few years now and honestly I am super happy with them. I have been to a few dentists in my lifetime and I will say it is very hard to find one that you trust. I completely trust Arti to help me look after my teeth and follow her advice as much as I can, she is a superstar and is lovely. Jo the receptionist is absolutely lovely as well and is always proactive about sorting my next appointment and getting me in when needed. I have always managed to get appointments and even emergency appointments when needed. Today I went in for my regular 6 months checkup and clean, got a filling as well and all sorted within 20-ish mins. Super happy customer here 🙂

Ify has been my dentist for years now. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ify is also brilliant and talking you through things and explaining what needs to be done and why, if needed. Furthermore Ify’s current assistant is the best assistant I have ever seen. She is very switched on and works well under Ify’s guidance/instructions. The biggest compliment is regarding previous assistants where when the water is being sprayed on my teeth to clean them, I have essentially been left with some water in my mouth and having to almost gargle to breath. Or when excess bits of putty are cut off to shape the tooth these bits were left resting on my tongue. The new assistant is very skilled and stayed on top of both of these things making me much more comfortable in the chair and relaxed. Any excess water was always removed and any bits of putty on my tongue she noticed and made sure to remove with the suction tool. Very very pleased with the experience! Very well done to the assistant dental nurse aswell.

I have been going to Taunton Lane practice for many years and unfortunately have needed a variety of treatments including root canal, fillings, crown and implants and have always found the practice highly professional and all staff very helpful. I can always get an appointment unlike other dentists and when I have needed to see a dentist quickly, they have always accommodated.

Today I visited there for my daughter tooth extraction and Dr. Ify Azenabir is very professional and she did the procedure very well. She is very kind and motivated my daughter. It went smoothly. Receptionist Leanne Field and the nurse Fatu are very kind. 100% I recommend this clinic. They did excellent service.

The practice has seen a lot of personnel changes in recent times and I think they’ve all been for the better. It’s just a much nicer experience than previously.

My new dentist; It was an easy experience from start to finish. I was worried that I had to get a filling done or previous one was bad but my dentist reassured me that it was unnecessary just need some cleaning and to do my usual/my best to maintain my oral health.
