I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. Not to mention, Pam is a lovely receptionist and always a warm welcome. Thanks everyone!!

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Dr Kataria was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful for all the care I received. He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. I felt that I understood the treatment, the reasons behind it, and possible next steps. His technical abilities are amazing, and he was so reassuring and kind throughout. I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

The treatment received by Cobus and indeed the whole staff at Granville House was first class. I had two root canal treatments followed by corresponding crowns been fitted. The whole process was exemplary, with transparency both in the dental plan and the associated cost. I could not recommend this practice highly enough; I felt valued and ultimately my comfort throughout the whole process was paramount.

Fantastic practice. As an extremely nervous patient who has avoided dentists for many years due to previous bad experiences, I was so happy with Colm and Tatiana's approach. Colm took the time to explain all the processes with no pressure. I was kept informed throughout with pre and post care information including all costs involved. Extensive work was required including extractions and a denture, all of which have been carried out with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend. I can honestly say my fear of dentists while not totally gone, has certainly been reduced hugely to the point I don't worry. I just wish I'd gone sooner!

The current dentist Cobus Viljoen and Sarah his practice nurse have provided a very professional and caring service. Cobus is reassuring and highly skilled. Everyone at Granville House is warm and friendly and makes one feel at ease - all are just lovely people.

Such a fantastic dentist practice, no wait times, the phone is always answered, reminder texts, comfortable waiting room and a lovely receptionist Lorna. Cobus and Sarah are amazing dentists and so informative always make you feel comfortable and at ease. Genuinely the best dentist I have ever been too.

As a family we have visited Granville house for many years. The staff are so very friendly, caring & long standing…truly welcoming. Any dental worries or concerns have always been addressed swiftly & compassionately whilst remaining highly professional. I would recommend this practise to any new patients seeking excellent dental care.

Thank you is not enough these words can not express what Paul Barns & his lovely assistant Lyn have done for me. I was referred to this practise due I needed specialist treatment from an illness that had effect my gums to the extent I was loosing my teeth at 51 this is not what you want to hear. I needed extensive gum treatment and unfortunately removal of my front tooth. The receding gums and bone loss could not support the front tooth and also an implant at this time was not an option until my gums get better and stronger. I started the treatment my tooth was removed and cleverly grafted onto the teeth either side which was great due to I had developed a large gap in my teeth, so now the gap was closed however I still had the issue of not being able to smile as I was embarrassed about my gums. I was very pleased all the treatment was working and my gums were getting better. All this had been very emotional as my daughter is getting married this year and every mum wants to be able to have a big smile on their face on that special day but this was not looking likely for me. So I thought until my dentist Paul Barnes suggested a Gingival Veneer he knew how important a smile was to me and that is exactly what he's given me my smile back but not just that also my confidence. I wish they gave out awards to dentist because he should definitely be awarded one and I just wish I could come up with the best words to express how much this means to me thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart Paul Barns & Lyn his assistant for there support care and understanding because of a wonderful caring dentist I will have the biggest smile on the 25th June at my daughters wedding and you made this happen xx

Traumatic dental experiences in childhood resulted in a full on phobia in adulthood, which only increased with age. Almost every procedure, including cleaning, had to be done under sedation for me to cope. The fear of having to go to the dentist could mean several sleepless nights before the appointment, and overwhelming reluctance to go. Almost all of that is now a thing of the past. I no longer dread appointments, and yesterday had the first full hygienist clean with Kate, without sedation, in over a decade. It is almost 2 years now that I have been coming to this practice. Starting with a root canal with Frederico, I was then assigned to Zo for regular dentistry. For major work I still have sedation but the terror has gone. Frederico is an expert in his field, a consummate professional and extremely reassuring. Zo must be the most gentle, understanding and supportive practitioner there is, and Kate has such patience, compassion and empathy which I have found transformative. From the nurses to the receptionists, this is an exceptional practice. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Thank you all.

I had an amazing dental clean with Gemma. As it was my first experience with a hygienist I wasn't sure what to expect but Gemma was fantastic. She explained everything she was doing and gave my a teeth a thorough clean while still being gentle that it wasn't uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Eva and Molly have been during my recent dental appointments. I was terrified, but really needn't have been. Eva was so brilliant at ensuring I was looked after and didn't feel pain. Molly was also brilliant at making me feel comfortable and supported. I had whitening, new composite bonding and a new bridge fitted with Dr Zahra and she completely transformed my smile! From the beginning she was incredibly attentive at understanding exactly what I wanted and explaining the different options to help me achieve the smile I wanted. Dr Zahra is an amazing dentist I've been to quiet a few different dentists and Dr Zahra is right up there, Im also a nervous patient and Dr Zara just puts you at ease, never hurts during or after treatment. I recently had to have a composite filling at this practice and whilst I have seen Dr Zahra Nimaa before have never had 'work done' by her. I have to say, she is an outstanding Dentist, I've had a good few fillings in the past and this was the least uncomfortable experience ever; ie she made it painfree and was instructive and attentive throughout. I've been to 4 different dentists in my time, and Cherry Trees and Dr Mark Byrne are the best I've been to by a distance. Communication is excellent, you are kept completely informed at every stage of consultation and treatment, and a very high level of care and attention is put into check ups and dental surgery. Dr Byrne is a true professional. Only problem is I think it's well known in the area how good a practice it is, so you may have to wait a little longer for appointments than with other dentists!

I travel from Scotland to Surrey to see Mark Byrne, he was my dentist for 25 years before I moved and I'm terrified of dentists so it's worth the trip back. Plus reception team very helpful too.

I’ve been a very reluctant patient for years, everyone here is caring and absolutely amazing. Paul has single handily served the Reigate and Banstead community for decades. While everyone else leaves to service those who can pay, This man and his team have been stead fast in the pursuit of patients requiring NHS care. His team get paid by the NHS or receive a now pittance pay for those in need. There’s a very shiny chair ready in heaven for each of the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I’m finally pain free and my gratitude is unending x

Have been seeing Paul Marsden for 25 odd years, moved 15 miles away and changed dentists then quickly swapped back! Paul and his dental nurse Julie are an amazing team, love them both. And Margaret at reception is just fabulous, a real asset to the practice.

I’ve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (I’m a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know I’m in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!

Dr Shah is the best dentist I have had. He is patient friendly, encouraging and always takes the time to explain the procedures he is doing. Dr Shah always gives me a clear plan of what needs doing, with options, and explains clearly what needs to be done and, importantly, why. I am really grateful to him for sorting out my dental issues .. and I never stress now about going!
