I have been visiting this practice for quite some time and every time I visit, they really do put me at ease. The level of care is second to none and I feel completely safe in their hands. Going to the dentist is a really positive experience for me now. As a bit of a geek, it's great to see them investing in the latest technology to make sure that they provide the best care possible. From visiting the hygienist, to getting my dental check-ups, and any further care required - be it fillings, or my first and hopefully only crown... they are thorough in their assessments and put you and your care first. Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

I had a hygiene appointment with Jessie last week at the dental surgery. It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience. The clinic itself is lovely and modern and Jessie was absolutely brilliant. She was super friendly and understanding, patiently explaining every step of the process (some of which was new to me due to the modern tech used). I was in London on vacation from the US and had a terrible toothache. After calling several urgent cares, ER dental offices, and the NHS without any help, I finally found the Dental Surgery. Every single person I encountered at the Dental Surgery was extremely nice and accommodating…from the person that answered the phone, to the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist Adam Richardson. Dr. Richardson had an amazing bedside manner and was able to help me with my tooth. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and provided immediate relief. I would highly recommend the Dental Surgery to not only local Londoners but to anyone visiting London in need of dental care. 10/10 experience.

Always very happy with the treatment at the Dental Surgery. Jessie, our regular hygienist, always provides great care and was very patient and caring with my son for his first visit. I have also had treatments from both Kirsty and James after visiting now for 8 years and would thoroughly recommend.

The Dental Surgery has been providing my dental care for over 20 years. They provide great service. I am particularly happy that Penny has been looking after me. She is very conscientious and clearly explains the procedures and has a great personality.

Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Oaktree Dental Practice in Croydon for my dental needs, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for by the entire team. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Dr Shah was truly commendable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and answered all of my questions in a patient and reassuring manner. I felt comfortable and confident throughout my visit, knowing that I was in capable hands. Five stars all the way! Would highly recommend!!

Today was my third visit to the practise and regardless of me hating the dentist as most people do this has to be my best experience by far! Even before i became a patient i rang the surgery with some concerns and they answered them all with kindness and empathy. She is really gentle, she takes the time to explain everything and make sure you are happy with the treatment plan.The nurses and the receptionists are lovely and always helpful. I recently visited Specialist Dental and was blown away by their beautiful and welcoming practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when visiting a dentist.

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

Had an implant done at this practice a year or two ago. They are not cheap, but they know what they are doing! I'm pleased with the outcome so far.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

The White House has been a brilliant practise for my children and I. Always very accommodating and lovely staff. Made my boys feel very comfortable with their check ups and they were happy to take me through the options before I had my crown. Highly recommend.

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

I had a terrible toothache and was in desperate need of help. As someone who has always been a very nervous patient, I was quite anxious about the visit. However, I left today with a clear treatment plan outlining my options, after a thorough examination where everything was explained to me step by step. I was given temporary relief for the pain and felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was easy, reassuring, and entirely painless. As a highly anxious and quite fussy person, I’m absolutely over the moon to have found a dentist and a practice where I felt truly at ease. My dentist, Stephen Oxborrow, was fantastic, and all the staff at the front desk were both professional and friendly. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Been going to this dentist for about 3 years now! They have been great, all the staff are so friendly and have really put my mind at ease to come. Ive recently been working with them to sort my grinding out, and after a few visits and them giving me all the information. I decided to get botox which helped the tension in the jaw a reduced the grinding, I now also use a night guard. And because ive been able to reduce the grinding I recently had composit bonding to rebuild my 2 front teeth! And I left so happy, it was fairly easy and quick! Painfree too! I highly recommend

It was my son’s first dentist visit with Iosis dental clinic and the dentist Dr Haris Ahmed was amazing. My youngest has special needs and Dr Ahmed was patient and thoughtful with both my sons. We have been with the practice since 1987 when we moved to Epsom and have always been happy. Recently we have been seen by Khalil the dentist and Cathy the hygienist who are great.

This is an excellent dental practice. The quality of advice and treatment, both from Judith, the dentist, and Kas, the hygienist, is first rate. The front desk is very efficient and I have had no difficulty getting short notice appointments when necessary. A very friendly place which makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful than I recall from long ago days.

What would I do without the Quadrant Dental Practice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and, as someone who has had my fair share of dental problems, they are always accommodating and manage to fit me in if I need an extra appointment. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have been a client of Judith for many years now.
