I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. Absolutely love going to both the Dentist and Hygienist here! The team are so lovely and re-assuring. For someone who's always been afraid of the dentist, it makes such a difference visiting such a caring dental practice - I love going to my appointmens. I cannot recommend this practice enough! Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

I neglected going to a dentist after a traumatic experience with a dental implant going wrong and other bad experiences. A member of my family recommended Surrey Dental. On my first visit when I had a consultation and check up with Dr Singh, she inspired me with confidence and I have had a few visits since to make my mouth good and restore some neglect. Every time the treatment has been thorough, and done to the highest standard with the minimum of discomfort. She is a perfectionist. I also had an extraction, done quickly with no pain at all. All of the staff are kind and make me feel at ease, particularly Manasa. Any nervous patient would feel reassured and cared for here. I would highly recommend this practice.

Been going to this dentist for about 3 years now! They have been great, all the staff are so friendly and have really put my mind at ease to come. Ive recently been working with them to sort my grinding out, and after a few visits and them giving me all the information. I decided to get botox which helped the tension in the jaw a reduced the grinding, I now also use a night guard. And because ive been able to reduce the grinding I recently had composit bonding to rebuild my 2 front teeth! And I left so happy, it was fairly easy and quick! Painfree too! I highly recommend

I came to this dental practice for root canal treatment which was completed very competently. The staff are really lovely and go out of their way to explain procedures and make you feel comfortable. As I said to Ines ( one of the dentists) Awesome Thank you

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough. Thank you everyone at Oaktree, you are all amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Oaktree Dental Practice in Croydon for my dental needs, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for by the entire team. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Dr Shah was truly commendable. Today was my third visit to the practise and regardless of me hating the dentist as most people do this has to be my best experience by far! Even before i became a patient i rang the surgery with some concerns and they answered them all with kindness and empathy. My dentist Nikita is amazing.I was anxious before the actual treament but she erased all my fear. Thankyou guys.

This is an excellent dental practice. The quality of advice and treatment, both from Judith, the dentist, and Kas, the hygienist, is first rate. The front desk is very efficient and I have had no difficulty getting short notice appointments when necessary. I had a hygiene appointment with Jessie last week at the dental surgery. It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience. The clinic itself is lovely and modern and Jessie was absolutely brilliant. She was super friendly and understanding, patiently explaining every step of the process (some of which was new to me due to the modern tech used). I was in London on vacation from the US and had a terrible toothache. After calling several urgent cares, ER dental offices, and the NHS without any help, I finally found the Dental Surgery. Every single person I encountered at the Dental Surgery was extremely nice and accommodating…from the person that answered the phone, to the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist Adam Richardson. Dr. Richardson had an amazing bedside manner and was able to help me with my tooth. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and provided immediate relief. I would highly recommend the Dental Surgery to not only local Londoners but to anyone visiting London in need of dental care. 10/10 experience.

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

I had a terrible toothache and was in desperate need of help. As someone who has always been a very nervous patient, I was quite anxious about the visit. However, I left today with a clear treatment plan outlining my options, after a thorough examination where everything was explained to me step by step. I was given temporary relief for the pain and felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was easy, reassuring, and entirely painless. As a highly anxious and quite fussy person, I’m absolutely over the moon to have found a dentist and a practice where I felt truly at ease.
