As a terrified patient, I had my appointment today to have a tooth removed ( a visibly front one, for which I was so upset about) Previously, james has worked on my teeth , James ( Jim) is absolutely incredible, as are all of his amazing assistants, I cannot sing praises for Arundel lodge enough, totally brilliant! Vijay and his lovely assistant today were above and beyond!!! So happy , wonderful dentists

Moved here recently from a large local practice and am so pleased I did. From the very first phone call the experience was friendly and welcoming. Dr Downey is amazingly calm, gentle and patient. My late father was a dentist and at last I've found somewhere I feel I can put my total trust. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been a patient for several years. Dr Downey has always been very understanding and thorough in dealing with my dental treatment. He has an excellent calm manner which puts me at ease. As a result I have complete confidence during my visit to the surgery.

I had an excellent experience having a check up and filling done at Arundel Lodge. The friendly and professional service from reception and Dr. Downey were top tier and the pricing throughout was transparent and fair. This clinic is a valuable asset for Dorking and I highly recommend visiting for a check up or if you have any dental issue, to get the best treatment available.

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

I cannot rate this practice highly enough. I had to have a root canal treatment and was pretty scared as I have a low pain threshold. From the reception staff to the dental nurse to dental specialist, I received information (verbal and written), treatment, care and follow-up of the highest degree. After the first of a projected two-part treatment I have no fear of the next. The place is clean, bright, pleasant and comfortable. Once in the waiting room there is very little waiting time, equipment used seems to be the highly sophisticated and modern. Honestly? If you're looking for a recommendation, I wholeheartedly give this one 10/10

Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

I am a very nervous patient and it took a lot just to ring and make the appointment but I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door from Mark on reception to meeting Dr Robin Ramsphoye. I was terrified to go to the dentist after a bad experience many years ago, but I ended up heading to Dorking dental centre as I had the worst toothache. Thankfully I had an appointment with Robin and he is not only a fantastic dentist but he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and calm from start to finish. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me every piece of equipment before starting any work. He checked with me constantly throughout the appointment to make sure I was ok. I also received regular phone calls after my appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I don't suppose I will ever be a fan of going but under Robin's care I can relax and know that I'm in very safe and caring hands. In fact the whole team there are wonderful so I'd recommend them to everyone and moving forward with my treatment I don't dread going anymore. Thank you all. Lisa Hodge

Dr Akhil Patel has an incredible talent with patients. He is very knowledgeable and easily conveys his expertise in simple terms to relax and assure.

This practice was rightly recommended to me by my wife and has been excellent. Akhil is very friendly and professional and checked my mouth out very comprehensively. The initial verdict was not great but I appreciated the honesty. I had to have a couple of extractions which I was dreading, but in the event it was all over very quickly. He numbed me up suitably without leaving me a dribbling wreck afterwards, and his post-operative care notes were very useful.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. It was a pleasant experience, the motto Health and Smile rings true. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice
