Sophie (hygienist) was so professional and helpful. She took time to show me brushing techniques with the specific toothbrush that I use and I had the most gentle hygienist experience I've had. She explained each step and told me what was coming next. Overall a great experience and one I would really recommend.

I highly recommend Zen House Dental. Dr. Akshay handled my composite bonding treatment, and as a fellow perfectionist, I truly appreciated the time, care, and patience he took throughout the process. I’ve never been more thrilled with my smile—my teeth still look completely natural, he’s managed to enhance it beautifully! The staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable.

I must post how fantastic my teeth look now Dr Akshay has completed the top set of teeth. He is a perfectionist and technically very accomplished and professional. The results are astounding and worth every penny spent on the treatment. I did my research before choosing Zen House. I will now have the bottom front teeth done at the end of February, The staff are also very attentive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. The equipment they use is state of the art and no longer do you bite down on compounds to take a teeth impression. Its all done now by "mapping" to get a precice result. To this end I have also decided to use the practice as my "go to" dentist from now on. I had to post my before and after photos to show the amazing work and results

This practise is the very best in every way! I used to be terrified of the dentist until I found Shaun and now I completely trust them. From the time you ring and speak to the receptionist to when you're being helped by the dental assistant and finally to treatment, service is excellent. They all go the extra mile. Talking of miles, I travel over 50 round trip for this dentist. If you live in Caterham, you are very lucky to have this practice on your doorstep. Thanks for all you do Townend.

I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. Thank you for all your help, I can finally go about my day to day without being in excruciating pain and crying all the time.

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

Fantastic practice. As an extremely nervous patient who has avoided dentists for many years due to previous bad experiences, I was so happy with Colm and Tatiana's approach. Colm took the time to explain all the processes with no pressure. I was kept informed throughout with pre and post care information including all costs involved. Extensive work was required including extractions and a denture, all of which have been carried out with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend. I can honestly say my fear of dentists while not totally gone, has certainly been reduced hugely to the point I don't worry. I just wish I'd gone sooner!

The treatment received by Cobus and indeed the whole staff at Granville House was first class. I had two root canal treatments followed by corresponding crowns been fitted. The whole process was exemplary, with transparency both in the dental plan and the associated cost. I could not recommend this practice highly enough; I felt valued and ultimately my comfort throughout the whole process was paramount.

Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a very reluctant patient for years, everyone here is caring and absolutely amazing. Paul has single handily served the Reigate and Banstead community for decades. While everyone else leaves to service those who can pay, This man and his team have been stead fast in the pursuit of patients requiring NHS care. His team get paid by the NHS or receive a now pittance pay for those in need. There’s a very shiny chair ready in heaven for each of the staff. I recently had to have a composite filling at this practice and whilst I have seen Dr Zahra Nimaa before have never had 'work done' by her. I have to say, she is an outstanding Dentist, I've had a good few fillings in the past and this was the least uncomfortable experience ever; ie she made it painfree and was instructive and attentive throughout. I've been to 4 different dentists in my time, and Cherry Trees and Dr Mark Byrne are the best I've been to by a distance. Communication is excellent, you are kept completely informed at every stage of consultation and treatment, and a very high level of care and attention is put into check ups and dental surgery. Dr Byrne is a true professional. Only problem is I think it's well known in the area how good a practice it is, so you may have to wait a little longer for appointments than with other dentists!

Dr Zahra is an amazing dentist I've been to quiet a few different dentists and Dr Zahra is right up there, Im also a nervous patient and Dr Zara just puts you at ease, never hurts during or after treatment. Hand eye coordination is second to none, very precise and gives great advice. Dr Zahra is a true professional. Thankyou so much .

Dr Shah is the best dentist I have had. He is patient friendly, encouraging and always takes the time to explain the procedures he is doing. Dr Shah always gives me a clear plan of what needs doing, with options, and explains clearly what needs to be done and, importantly, why. I am really grateful to him for sorting out my dental issues .. and I never stress now about going!

I’ve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (I’m a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know I’m in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!
