My family have been clients of ‘The Courtyard Clinic’ for over a decade. Dr Claire Holly Wilkinson is an excellent dentist - very skilled as well as having a vibrant personality. She has made a root canal, new crown fitting and other dental procedures into positive experiences. No fuss, just professional, caring and kind. Emma is a lovely Dental Nurse and Alison is an amazing Practice Manager creating a calm and happy environment. I would thoroughly recommend ‘The Courtyard Clinic’ as your dental practice.

Visited the courtyard clinic as a referral from my dentist for a tooth extraction. I’m a very nervous patient but through the whole process from booking to the procedure everyone i spoke to and met were extremely friendly, kind and calming putting me at complete ease? The dentist , Andrew introduced himself and talked me through everything and the extraction was very quick and absolutely painful free!! I can’t thank you enough!!

I’ve just finished my Invisaign treatment at The Courtyard and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Claire and her whole team, including the lovely Emma, Alison and Paige, are fantastic at what they do and I can’t recommend the clinic enough. They have genuine care for their patients and are exceptionally helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I’m so pleased I found them and wouldn’t possibly consider ever going anywhere else!

It was great to see Andrew the other day - I hadn't been to rhe dentist for a very long time and was a little embarrassed to be honest. However, I shouldn't have worried he made me very welcome and wasn't at all judgemental. He talked me through all my treatment options and costs and said we would make a decision together as to how we move forward. I have finally found a dentist I feel I can trust. I'm so happy to finally get my teeth sorted out! And thanks to the whole team who made me so welcome the minute I walked through the door. Thank you!

I have been visiting Portmore for years, and the service has always been excellent. This time, however, I want to highlight Dr. Brazier, who treated me and even followed up (without me requesting it) until everything was resolved. He is a brilliant dentist with extensive experience Not 5 stars only because there is always room to improve!

It was quite a pleasant experience, from the reception - Mandy and Mel very friendly and professional, the dentist (Pav) taking extra trouble to explain to me what was happening and even calling John to get second opinion and advice to what was quite challenging scenario that I presented. I’m glad she managed to restore my tooth which was in a rather helpless situation and I am very happy.

I have been a customer of Portmore dental for hygiene and dentistry for many years. I have been seeing Trish the hygienist and I am very pleased with the results every time. She is very thorough and professional.

I have had Root canal treatment by Mike. He explained everything on each appointment and although not the nicest of treatments to have , I have had no discomfort after each appointment , he is clearly very skilled at his profession. The dental nurses on both appointments were excellent too.

Wow! Cannot express how happy I am with my teeth! I explained to Thomas what I wasn’t happy with and he knew exactly what I meant and how I could achieve the over all look I was hoping for. I tried the new tooth spa treatment today. It was great. If you have sensitive teeth like me it's worth the extra £15. My teeth feel really nice and definitely look cleaner. Will definitely be having it again.

Thomas Norlin is very kind, friendly and patient. He did a wonderful job putting my temporary crown in its the only one I’ve had that lasted for the time it should, in fact it didn’t come out easily. Had the new crown fitted today it was very quick, feels great and can eat on it straight away. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you Thomas.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Akil, a renowned specialist in the dental world known for his research and dedication to both patients and colleagues. After losing my front teeth due to an autoimmune condition, I was understandably stressed about the implant process. However, Dr. Akil put my mind at ease, assuring me that the procedure would be straightforward—something he has done countless times before. The experience was incredible: I had my tooth removed and the implant placed immediately, all with minimal discomfort. I walked away with a new tooth that looks exactly like my natural one—no one can tell the difference! Excellent loupes and customer care. Alesha was friendly and very thorough in doing all my measurements and answering all my questions face to face at my practice, at a time that was convenient for me. The loupes are very high quality and lightweight but there was a delay in receiving them.

I love my new refractive loupes and my the position that they put me in is superb - no neck pain! I have just sent them back to get them altered from 5.7 to 3.8. Bianca was so quick at arranging this, it was fantastic customer service.

Great experience with Bryant. Bianca came to my house very friendly and professional, had all the kit to help me get measured up and select my new loupes. Seamless experience to getting the loupes, company is great with the 2 weekly communication on the status of your order and great follow up by Bianca. I have been using my new Bryant 3.8x refractives for past month and can honestly say how on earth did I manage to do dentistry without them for the last 10 years. I can see everything so clearly. I waited quite a while to get them but the company were very honest to say that they were having manufacturing issues and kept me in the loop. But definitely worth the wait. I love them so thank you 🙏

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Anmol Chander, and I can't recommend him enough. He was absolutely excellent—his skill and professionalism put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Alix Davies and could not be happier with the service I received. I was very nervous as I am a young patient but she made sure to explain everything in great detail and continuously would check I was ok during the procedure. Indi is really reassuring us with the treatment my daughter needs and gave us a respectful informative discussion and was especially professional and caring to make sure I was aware of how my daughter got anxious and spoke to me to join her and be in the dental room as a carer to my daughter and found Indi to show empathy for what she requires.

Accepted me as an emergency on a Saturday !! They were fully booked but receptionist managed to get me an appointment same day. I was having a really painful tooth (wisdom) ache. From original call, booking in, dentist, care throughout were all excellent 10/10 from me. In fact 11/10. Thank you all so so much. It’s a great relief being pain free again. We have recently moved repair companies, due to the one we were using closing down, and I can honestly say the last few months with Sident have been really good, great communication with Sam in the office, who makes things seamless with getting parts ordered, and has been so helpful with all the call outs and getting us booked in. An added bonus is we get to work with Steve the engineer who we knew from previous - he has great knowledge of our practice and all of our Sirona dental chairs and is always so accommodating- thank you team Sident. I was seen on time for an inspection by Mr Marsh, who has been my Dentist for many years. He took time to discuss with me, at my request, potential options for replacing my front crown. I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Myo dental. From the start of my journey in enquiring about my dental implant right up to the day it was completed, I received nothing less than excellent treatment from the receptionist, dental nurses and both dentists. Each time I had any concerns or worries the team were there to answer my call, arrange for me to come in as soon as possible for one of the partners to have a look and reassure me about everything or make any adjustments to my treatment plan to make me feel more comfortable and at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment both my kids have and are still having by Micheal and the team at MyoDental. Micheal is always looking at doing things in the best way for the teeth and patient and not just the way it’s always been done! The nurses and reception team are also a big part in making the place a joy to visit as well as being very helpful and accommodating when making appointments.
