We have recently moved repair companies, due to the one we were using closing down, and I can honestly say the last few months with Sident have been really good, great communication with Sam in the office, who makes things seamless with getting parts ordered, and has been so helpful with all the call outs and getting us booked in. Sident has supplied and maintained equipment for our practice, and they also supply materials eg. Cad-CAM blocks. Our experience with Sident has been really positive since day one. The whole team is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we can easily get in touch with them to make an order or arrange a practice visit, and the customer service is second to none. We used to use another supplier of Dentsply products, who let us down on numerous occasions, but Sident took up the helm and went above and beyond. They have a fab servicing team who continue to help us maintain our equipment to high standard, as well as completing a couple of seamless installations. Can't fault them at all!
