I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist, Manisha, and my dentist, Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Manisha was lovely—she was gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Patel was outstanding. From the moment I sat in his chair, he conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth and explained everything in detail. During the procedure, he ensured I felt no pain and continuously reassured me, which made a world of difference. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift.
