Took my first ever Bongo in for a full health check and to have a coolant alarm fitted, Martin was great spending lots of time with me after to explain all that was found. Really helpful and really put my anxiety at ease, looks like I’ve found my go to Bongo man in the south east 👍

Great experience with DRA Services when I came in with the engine warning light on. They checked the car thoroughly and explained clearly what was going on. Very nice people too. Would highly recommend.

After many years suffered at the hands of less than honest mechanics ( We've all been there ),I was recommended DRA . This family team are straight up and honest ,will tell you directly what is going on . I won't go anywhere else now ,did a quick job on my Celica recently without charge . I cannot speak highly enough about Goldsmith Motor Services, Darren (boss) and the team. They are honest, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and approachable. This is how service should be at a garage. GMS have completed both repairs and service work for me and on each and every occasion I have been impressed by their standard of work and their ‘can-do’ approach. I have been a happy customer since 2010 and would never take my car anywhere else.

Got our company van done here for a repair. Finished works on time thus minimising the off road time. They where very good on price too.

Absolute live savers I had booked in an AC Regas with another garage to be let down on the day I had a 5 hour road trip the next day during a heatwave so upon stress and constant googling I found MC Autos who said they would do the work same day I dropped the car off in 30 mins and they had the job done in an hour they are amazing and knew I was depurate to get it done they were not opportunistic with the price considering it was a last minute booked and on the same day during a heat wave they still charged me a reasonable price. 10/10 even offered a cold water while I waited. From the person who picked up the phone to the person who carried the work out they were all amazing and professional.

A great garage who made a stressful process easy and was transparent throughout. Natalie and the team were helpful from the first call. They assisted in recovering my car from a main dealer and helped me navigate a confusing warranty agreement. They were quick to recognise the issue and fix the problem. Customer service is evidently key to their business and the fact that they contacted a week after fixing the problem to see if everything was alright, was a nice touch.

I was recommended to take my car to MC Autos after a mechanic deemed the cars electrical fault out of their expertise. From my initial conversation with MC Autos I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Chloe and Natalie kept me up to date with the ongoing work and cost, via WhatsApp or phone call. I also spoke with Jermaine the technician working on the car, who was able to explain his fault finding method and expected outcomes. A big thanks to him for going above and beyond. I can’t rate this garage highly enough! I took my car there last year after a chain garage tried to rip me off on my MOT. I looked for recommendations online and this place came up a lot so I took it here. The people at this garage were honest and genuine and worked out what work actually needed doing and what didn’t. A lot of what the other place had listed wasn’t even a fail. But here they redid the MOT for me very honestly without trying to over charge me or do more work than was needed. They did the work that needed doing at a very reasonable price. They told me the most cost effective way of doing things to make a plan to get my car to pass. I took it back yesterday for this years MOT and again the experience was faultless. The mot was done in very reasonable time and the small bits that needed doing were taken care of with no fuss or over charging. Staff are friendly and so helpful. They don’t make you feel intimidated or patronised like a lot of garages do. I’ll be using this garage for anything I need on my car from now on. Cant rate them highly enough 👍🏼

I had a complex problem. These guys are great, after having had awful service at a nearby garage who over charged and kept my husbands car for 2 weeks I convinced him to switch to these guys. I have always had a great experience, their communication is great and their pricing is really good too, they never over charge, if anything they undercharge! Having realised my husbands MOT ran out that day, the garage not only squeezed him in but also worked really hard when it failed to get the parts in and do the work so that his car was ready the next day for him to be able to get to work! Cannot fault these guys or recommend them highly enough!

I have used this place for a couple of years plus for MOTs and a few other works. They are honest, accommodating, and super reliable. Imran and his team have always managed to advise me and get my old BMW back on the road. These chaps are my go to mechanics and are my 1st choice when advice/repairs is needed.
