following a initial hiccup and my hasty review, the owner made contact and could not be more supportive. In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review. Barry had so far spent 2hours on the car and is committed to finding my issue which is really appreciated. Polite, welcoming and very honest approach. The best, friendliest, most honest and cost effective car garage. I have been using them for years, and they exceed my expectations every time. My car was in for its MOT, and when I collected it, it had also been fully cleaned inside and out, to my surprise. I was utterly grateful, but I had not expected it. I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

Been using the services of AutoDan for all our servicing and MOT work on all our cars and works vehicles for more years than I can actually remember, they even take on most of the repair work on my American cars I have owned over the last 12 or 14 years, even on this beast which is a definite challenge to work on. But would not trust many garages with it

Brilliant customer service. This garage is a rare find - honest people! It was recommended by a few people on a Facebook group so after reading the reviews, I decided it was worth a try. I’m so pleased to have found a trustworthy garage, who also don’t treat me like just some stupid female who knows nothing! The lady on reception is so helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The expertise from the mechanics is also excellent. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.

Had my car towed here after it got a puncture and the locking wheel nut defeated replacing it at the roadside. Despite it not being booked in staff found time to get it off and get the spare on for me. Great service as always.

I love this place. Even though i only needed to book an MOT test, their telephone manner was impeccable. Furthermore i then had to move the date, “absolutely no problem all” was their professional response. A text arrived with new booking date even before i had put the phone down. Then another timely text arrived reminding me of booking date. When you drop the keys in met with a smile and thanks “we’ll let you know when ready”. MOT completed. Efficient car handover and bill paid. In this day and age it is such a pleasure to receive such service. Well done Beacon Hill garage!

I am happy with the service at Beacon Hill Garage as attested by my repeat visits over several years. I find them trustworthy with a range of skills that has encompassed the half-dozen or so models that I have presented them with over the last 14 years. Luke is very helpful in booking and arranging full explanations of work from the mechanics.

Great communication about a worrying problem. The car was booked in to investigate a leak and issues with the air conditioning performance. Luke (of Beacon Hill Garage) was helpful in booking the vehicle in and when collecting, explained what was found and what was done during the investigation. I was also called to let me know what the issue was and when I could collect the vehicle, which was also helpful. Great service in clearly explaining what the issues were and what was done to resolve the air con and what more I needed to do to sort out the windscreen.

Unbelievable service!! I spoke to them the day before and they managed to fit me in as an emergency. They are so quick and efficient and extremely well priced. I was quoted an Extortionate amount for a coil change Buy different companies. They have done such a wonderful job. I’ve used some a couple of times and the results have always been outstanding.

RT worked on a major refurbishment of my classic Porsche 911. From the initial discussion and plan, through selecting the right components, discussing how to deal with problems, which specialists to outsource work to and updates on progress (including costs!) RT have been transparent and generally excellent. On a project like that, it's good to avoid shocks.

They are quick to respond, provide selected and appropriate alternatives with difficult problems and keep me updated. All work is carried out with a deep knowledge of the car and work is completed on time, providing me with the confidence that work has been done as I have come to expect.
