Andy and CarTherapy have taken over my cars life support now, and credit where it’s due Andy was able to fit us in short notice and did an MOT and service. Very reasonably priced, quick and kept in touch on the progress, with a detailed breakdown of what was done and why, even showing me why some parts needed replacing. I can’t score Andy highly enough, genuinely challenge anyone to go there and not be over owned by the personal touch to the excellent service and prices!!

Andy is a true professional. He will be always explaining you what jobs were carry out to your vehicle and if there is no need to fix something he will be honest and he will be telling you. I have changed so many mechanics since I came to UK and now I will not be using anyone else apart from Andy, even though I have to drive 20/30 mins to get to see him but, I know that he and his team will be looking after my car as if it was his car. I really recommend his services to anyone that wants to look after properly his car.

I was recommended Cartherapy by my dad and so took my car in for an MOT plus some work to repair a fluid leak and Andy was a pleasure to deal with. A Medium sized yard with BIG professionalism & customer service! I took my car in for an MOT and general advice and very pleased with how good a turn around I got compared to other centres. A superb garage with fantastic guys that go above and beyond. Everything they do is honest, fair on price and on point with timings. I booked an MOT for my Corsa car recently and the service was good. After an hour, I got my MOT certificate with a minor advisory. Reasonable price and has nice technicians.

Can't thank Daniel and his team enough for the fantastic job they did with our car!!! Needed to quickly get a family member's car ready for sale - it hadn't been well looked after by them and the car had it's share of scrapes and dings. Daniel was an absolute star and managed to squeeze us in - really appreciated that and when his team were finished it looked like a different car! I recently had someone reverse into the side of my C Class Convertible. Somebody who witnessed the accident with whom I didn’t know recommended to use Rowtown Auto Repairs LTD. I have a 1991 Toyota Mr2 mark 2 that had some serious rust and holes on the rear wheel arches. Daniel has an incredible team that carried out a fantastic repair on both wheel arches and the rusty doors and also refurbished my 4 wheels that were looking the worse for wear. These guys are ABSOLUTELY incredible! I had two flats on the side of the road and they helped me get to the shop (while flustered), talked me through the process and changed my tires SO quickly (AA was quoting 3 hours)! This place is literally full of angels!

Moved to this area and was recommended to Spinney Hill Tyres. Have used them for new tyres ever since. They are always so professional, very quick and competitive. Today I went in to check if there was a nail in one of my tyres. George ended up checking them all and found nothing. He was very thorough and very friendly and I was left very reassured, highly impressed for sure and will be back, highly recommended.

I can highly recommend this garage. Very clean and spacious. I had an appointment for 1.45pm, arrived 1.42pm and pit was empty and I was invited inside straight away, good timing is important for me as I was with my 3 year old son who is getting bored very quick. There is viewing area which let you see your car clearly at all times (see attached picture). As someone mentioned before this garage does mot only, it doesn't fix the cars so it will gain nothing in failing your car (as halfords, kwikfit etc. that offer half price mot and the slam £200 bill on top of it for unnecessary repairs - I was ripped of last year so I know what I'm talking about). So if you want honest mot done don't hesitate to use this garage. I definitely will be back soon with my other car.

I came across Nigel via a facebook post and I decided to go with him as he was very polite, informative, not pushy and took his time answering all my questions. On top of that he was sharply priced. Had full service and mot done needless to say I am happy and will be a returning customer.

Awesome summer prep for a large 5L V10 engine! Adam and Mark overhauled all of the many radiators ahead of summer to ensure no overheating issues. The main radiator was filthy which is to be expected. I don’t know why radiator cleaning is not a standard service item?? Also noticed thermostat was stuck open so was replaced and the coolant sensor had broken. Finished off with an engine bay clean, the S85 looks awesome. Thanks as always guys 👍🏼

I had an issue with my fobs not working on my BMW which was diagnosed very quickly. They gave me a detailed account over the phone and I was very grateful for their advice. Their prices were reasonable and I left very happy with the efficient and courteous service I had received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend this garage. Adam took the time to diagnose the problem with my gearbox without needing to fully recondition it. BMW dealership only offered a complete replacement and were so unhelpful. I really appreciate his team's help collecting my car and fixing it at a reasonable cost. I will definitely take my BMW back for service and any problems in future. A joy to find such excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank you.

What a refreshing change today after an absolutely awful experience with a BMW dealership last year. My experience with a local BMW dealership last year was so bad I seriously considered changing my BMW for a different brand so I didn't have to return there! After some research I found Adam and his team locally and the reviews looked promising. They definitely weren't wrong! From first contact, Adam has been friendly, helpful, honest and professional. When booking my car in for service he was totally up front with what would and wouldn't need doing with no pressurised 'up selling' of the dealership along with an accurate estimate of the cost. I dropped my car in as arranged with no issues and Adam kept my informed of progress throughout the day. It was completed in good time. Upon collection, I paid the bill, which was substantially lower than the same would have cost at the BMW dealer, and collected my car. No fuss and none of the drawn out farce of taking nearly an hour to collect my car last year at the dealership. The work looks to be done to a high standard and the on board service history is all up to date. Chatting to Adam you soon realise he is passionate about cars and about giving great customer service. Adam and the team has definitely restored my faith that I'll be able to continue enjoying my car for many years to come. If you love your car, these are the fellas to bring it to. *updated July 2023* Took my BMW back to Fares and Repairs for a couple of jobs and the MOT. When returning to collect my car Adam explained the mileage hadn't warranted the jobs being carried out and to return it when I had covered the extra mileage. What a massive change from the BMW dealership previously used! They would have undoubtedly carried out the work AND probably found additional work as well. I really cannot praise Adam and Mark enough. As I've previously stated, if you care about your car, this is the place for you. Thank you fellas!

I had my car serviced at a main dealership and was advised I had debris wrapped around the drive shaft, which would need to be removed. The car needed to be booked in for this. Phoned Jon Hearn for advice: he told me to bring it in the next day and they would take a look. Luke quickly removed the straw, at no charge. JH now have a new customer.
