I took my Audi A3 to Carters Car care today for an Air con re-gas. The level of service was beyond my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Carters.

Unbelievable service!! I spoke to them the day before and they managed to fit me in as an emergency. They are so quick and efficient and extremely well priced. Was working 150+ miles away from home last week when my car developed a problem, potentially stranding me or resulting in an expensive/difficult recovery and possible knock-on into the following week's work. Really impressed! Needed a replacement wing mirror and they arranged for an order on Thursday, said they'd fit me in Friday (despite being fully booked), and all fitted and done within 24 hours. On top of that, all the staff were super friendly. Would definitely use them and again and recommend them!

Tutts could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful. After breaking down in Dorking, they inspected the car, diagnosed the problem, ordered and took delivery of the parts, fixed the problem and had me back on the road - all within 3 hours! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Suspension top mounts were creaking, and its a job that is difficult for me to do. Friendly and easy to deal with. Job was done in 24 hours and got comfort when they offered to show me the old parts, which were clearly worn and needed replacing. They will get my work in the future!
