After many years suffered at the hands of less than honest mechanics ( We've all been there ),I was recommended DRA . This family team are straight up and honest ,will tell you directly what is going on . I won't go anywhere else now ,did a quick job on my Celica recently without charge . I've used M.G Autos for quite a few years now and am very impressed with their prompt and reasonably priced services. As a medium sized garage they can't fix everything, but come pretty close, only once have I had to go elsewhere for a specialist repair. They also recommended the specialist, saving me money compared to the official dealers costs. I would heartily recommend them.

Had a brilliant experience with PD Motors. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and looks to solve problems at reasonable and honest cost. Having been quoted insane prices to change an exhaust system and with a 3 week delay in multiple garages, Paul managed to do it at a fraction of that price and within 24 hours.

These guys are great, after having had awful service at a nearby garage who over charged and kept my husbands car for 2 weeks I convinced him to switch to these guys. I have always had a great experience, their communication is great and their pricing is really good too, they never over charge, if anything they undercharge! Having realised my husbands MOT ran out that day, the garage not only squeezed him in but also worked really hard when it failed to get the parts in and do the work so that his car was ready the next day for him to be able to get to work! Cannot fault these guys or recommend them highly enough!

Absolute live savers I had booked in an AC Regas with another garage to be let down on the day I had a 5 hour road trip the next day during a heatwave so upon stress and constant googling I found MC Autos who said they would do the work same day I dropped the car off in 30 mins and they had the job done in an hour they are amazing and knew I was depurate to get it done they were not opportunistic with the price considering it was a last minute booked and on the same day during a heat wave they still charged me a reasonable price. 10/10 even offered a cold water while I waited. From the person who picked up the phone to the person who carried the work out they were all amazing and professional.

A great garage who made a stressful process easy and was transparent throughout. Natalie and the team were helpful from the first call. They assisted in recovering my car from a main dealer and helped me navigate a confusing warranty agreement. They were quick to recognise the issue and fix the problem. Customer service is evidently key to their business and the fact that they contacted a week after fixing the problem to see if everything was alright, was a nice touch.

Excellent Service. I used the garage for the first time today but I am sure it will not be my last. Very well explained what needed to be done and they showed us parts removed/repaired at the end. A friend's highly recommended the guys at Ansam and they've lived up to expectations. I've received multiple calls informing me of the progress while my car was with them and most importantly, the issue has been fixed (engine misfire, 5-series E60). They're very professional and their customer service is one of the best I've seen in years. I've been presented with different repair options and prices and the whole experience has been very pleasant. They're honest, professional and know how to treat a customer.

Wonderful team and excellent service at Smith's. Fixed the aircon (diagnosis, new condenser and replaced o-rings) for much cheaper than one of the big chain garages quoted. Felt very transparent as they talked me through the process, and kept me updated with progress along the way. Will return for future MOTs and services.

Smith’s of London is the best mot and service garage I have ever used. I have been with them two years now for mot and services and other problems with my car. They are so helpful with advice and they do not do any work until I receive a breakdown of work to be done and cost. I will be using these guys for every car issue I have, trust them completely. Fantastic place if you have an issue with your car or simply need mot. I've been using Pond Garage for all major issues with my cars( little ones can do myself) and never had problems with them. Sometimes can get really busy.

Had my air con re-gassed on 20th July 2024 and working well. Very happy! Returned in Jan 2025 to get my rear brakes done and very happy again!
