I took my Audi A3 to Carters Car care today for an Air con re-gas. The level of service was beyond my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Carters.

I was recommended to go to Carter’s to have new front brake pads fitted to my 7m long motorhome. Amazingly, as I already had the new pads, Kirk was able to fall on the job straight away there and then. The job was completed within an hour for a very fair price. Overall we were very pleased with the excellent and extremely efficient service.Highly recommended.

Tutts could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful. After breaking down in Dorking, they inspected the car, diagnosed the problem, ordered and took delivery of the parts, fixed the problem and had me back on the road - all within 3 hours! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really impressed! Needed a replacement wing mirror and they arranged for an order on Thursday, said they'd fit me in Friday (despite being fully booked), and all fitted and done within 24 hours. On top of that, all the staff were super friendly. Would definitely use them and again and recommend them!

My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all. MT Motors was first recommended to us by friends quite a long time ago. I’ve just had my car repaired there after a bump, as have my husband and my daughter over the years. I’ve recently had glowing feedback from another friend I sent there earlier this year. Everyone has been delighted with the quality of the work and also by the prices charged. Mick himself is charming to deal with (and accepts credit cards - an added bonus!) as well as doing a first class job.

Absolute heroes! When I turned up randomly at 7:30 in the morning having broken down with a seized brake calliper, mark could have easily just turned me away. They had a full schedule that day. However Mark made a quick diagnosis, pre-orders the parts there and then, and worked out how to fit me in later that day. They had it all finished by 2pm ready for me to continue my original journey on the Bristol that afternoon. Would highly recommended, but for their sakes, maybe try and book first! Cheers guys!

Grant at GLM is not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes. I took a car to him with what looked to be a big expensive fix only to receive a phone call saying it was all fixed for under half the initial cost. I had an amazing experience with my BMW M4 at Grant’s shop. He’s an incredible mechanic who always goes the extra mile. He did an oil change, but he also topped up all my fluids and gave my car a thorough health check. He didn’t hesitate to do anything he thought was best for my car. After purchasing a new car and heading back to the south coast we ran into a few problems and managed to get to this garage just in time, and I’m so glad we chose here! The staff were so accommodating and kind, allowing us to use facilities whilst we sorted out a plan. Decided to leave the car with them on the Saturday and by the Monday afternoon it was ready to collect and fixed, amazing communication throughout! Staff helped us find our way to the train station and just generally kept us feeling sane, which was quite difficult being over 50 miles away from home and stranded! Amazing service from Toby! I had an issue with my ABS so called Dorking Kwik Fit and they advised me on how to safely get to the centre, once we arrived we were welcomed very warmly and experienced A* service. It really seems like they take care of their customers here. My issue was sorted within record time. Would highly recommend.
