Amazing service from the minute I walked in! I needed the rust sorting on my campervan along with a few other minor issues. Everything was sorted and these guys went above and beyond to ensure my van was returned to me in excellent condition, including sorting a few of the problems out before I'd even been given a quote for the main work. We've relied on James and Pete to service and repair our vehicles for many years - they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient. Not the cheapest, but good value and do discuss costs before commencing diagnosed issues. I'd highly recommend them for batteries, tyres, body work and MOT's too.

What can I say - the service from Adam at Goldseal was exceptional. From the start the level of service and professionalism was evident.The car was as described and in excellent condition, the car was due a service soon which Goldseal had done at no extra cost by Mercedes. Communication throughout was very good. Adam was helpful, polite and respectful and if you visit the garage you must try his coffee. Highly recommended to all.

I can honestly say that this garage is one of the best in town . Not only did Mr. Colin fix the problem with my car, but also discovered things that other mechanics probably would've lied or charged a fortune to get it done. I've left a review after my visit, but probably the competition reported that, or I don't know how it got deleted as people in Staines or around need to know about Thorpe Garage!!

Colin gave me a thorough consultation on how to deal with the damages and advised how to proceed with the repairs. He also understatedly and on the spot fixed a couple of issues related to the damages, for which I am really grateful. I called JPW Autos needing an urgent MOT as I had lost track of time and it had expired. I was able to drop my car off that evening around 8pm for an MOT the very next day. I also asked for a full service. The next day the MOT and Service were complete, I was able to pay over the phone and then collect my car in the evening about 11pm after work. When I collected my car not only had it had a full MOT and Service but a full clean inside and out. Absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs flexible drop off/pick up times due to work. Also anyone who wants brilliant customer service. The cost was also very competitive especially for the added value you would not get at other garages

If I would give them 10 stars. I had emergency situation with gear linking and planned EU trip two days later. I called all mechanics around and no one would help me. Magna carta despite fully booked, they were the only ones who were willing to help and asked me to come very early next day to check. It turned out that the problem was temporary and i cancelled as soon as I dicover it. But I'm still grateful that they treated me like a person in need and were the only who wanted to help. We need more people like you! Thank you!
