I started using NM Autos about 18 months ago and wouldn't consider anywhere else now. An anecdote to sum them up: a previous workshop - which I had used for years, fool that I am - had recommended changing brake pads after an MoT but Jamie took the time to show me exactly why the pads were in fact fine. A year later, they are still going strong! NM Autos is a super-friendly, reliable and trustworthy set-up and they're really competitive with pricing. If you are one of those people who is a bit unsure about motor mechanics and feel like you might be being duped, I cannot recommend NM Autos enough to restore your faith.

I visited recently MOT Aldershot after my wheel stopped turning on motorway so I came back to Aldershot on top of recovery truck. Guys done pretty good job, I think 🤔 as I am not mechanic but I work for Leovan Removals in Aldershot and our van is an essential part of our operations. Just few weeks earlier before New year I came 1st time here for MOT which required few repairs which cost me arm and leg 🦵 but don't worry, I can still move some furniture ;) I hope guys done decent job so I don't have to come back to soon. Most definitely I be back next year for MOT, even after tests failed to recognise serious issue with my wheel, as everything was repaired in professional manner. All the best. I’ve been taking both my cars here for MOTs for a couple of years now, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. It’s super easy to book, but the main reason is how honest they are. Recently, my windshield washer fluid stopped working, so I needed a new motor. They replaced it quickly, but the part didn’t work on the rear windshield since I’d requested non-genuine parts. They immediately offered to replace it, booked me a new appointment, and didn’t charge me for the first attempt even though they've warned me for that and it was completely my fault. This level of service is why I’m sticking with this garage.

TPS come highly recommended, its a family run business in a big converted barn fitted with all the modern equipment. My Jetta needed some new front brakes and TPW procured and fitted them in no time at all, Brembo brakes and pads has reduced the braking distance significantly. Fantastic service on my Mercedes, dropped off yesterday due to warning lights on dash, expected it to be looked at today due to how busy they were but managed to fit it in yesterday and ordered part, all repaired and collected today. Has consistently diagnosed and fixed our vans when others couldn’t, first time every time. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently we had a van with intermittent power loss. 2 other garages had it for multiple days wasting time and money but Top Performance managed to find the source of the issue and solve it straight away.

Great service! I called Holt Pound Garage in the middle of a very busy morning as my car wouldn’t start. I was in a panic but Tom managed to find the engine I needed to replace within a few hours he fixed my car. Tom and Ollie are friendly, understanding and don’t growl at people like most of other mechanics do and they made the whole process stress-free. Hawthorns is with out a doubt not just the best garage I have ever used in over 20 years of driving but also one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Over the last year my wife and I have used them a number of times for services and part replacement and they are always quick, fantastic value and honest. On 2 occasions they finished the work quicker than expected so took some money off the price when I picked it up (they didn't need to do that but they did). Cars always return gleaming and spotless and on 2 occasions they fixed something minor that was wrong with my car (one of the tracks on my seat had split and my rear door had filled with water) while they were doing something else. Amazing company

Just wanted to share my experience with Hawthorns. I had a bit of an emergency with a puncture and a locking wheel that I could not remove. Following a recommendation from Merit tyres who could not remove it and seemed totally disinterested in doing anything . They kindly removed it with no charge in quick time when asked what I owed they said just leave us a review. I will be popping back and dropping in something for their time as I had no cash on me at the time. I would recommend these guys as they helped me out of a rubbish situation. Top customer service nice to have some good guys out there compared to money grabbing pigs in most garages .

Amazing garage, came and got my car started, replaced the battery and brought it back in an hour and a half. Cheaper than certain national chains who don't give a fraction of the service too. 100% would recommend.

Our car was towed in after breaking down and they managed to fit us in, despite being very busy. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it after checking everything else thoroughly. Brilliant service and lovely people. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic experience today. A screw in my acoustic Tesla tyre whilst travelling, a challenging repair due the location of the screw and foam within the inner wall, within half an hour it had been fixed and I was on my way. Highly recommended, thank you Merrow Tyre & Alignment Centre!

Martin and the guys were amazing. I got a puncture, my son swapped it with the mini spare. He then called Martin who ordered two new tyres for me in that afternoon, took the car in next morning. They fitted the new tyres, replaced the mini spare and checked the others for me. I was there less than an hour. Lots of people turning up without booking who were accepted and served with no fuss or bother. I will be using and recommending them from now on! Excellent service, honest, trustworthy, decent and great value for money.

Collection and drop off was prompt and on time, person who collected my car was very friendly and polite. After service has been completed, I received a phone call from the blackwater autoworks, where I was given a full report of what was done and what needs attention in the future. Person on the phone took time to explain every detail. They were also very transparent in what might need a replacement in nearest and further future. Overall, great value for money and they even cleaned my car, which I am very grateful for!
