Amazing garage, came and got my car started, replaced the battery and brought it back in an hour and a half. Cheaper than certain national chains who don't give a fraction of the service too. 100% would recommend.

Brought my car in for a headlight alignment issue where I had no luck with other garages. Olly very kindly got me booked in on the same week where the technicians were able to fix my headlights saving me lots of money and time. Thanks to Olly and the team at hawthorns, highly recommend!

Just wanted to share my experience with Hawthorns. I had a bit of an emergency with a puncture and a locking wheel that I could not remove. Following a recommendation from Merit tyres who could not remove it and seemed totally disinterested in doing anything . They kindly removed it with no charge in quick time when asked what I owed they said just leave us a review. I will be popping back and dropping in something for their time as I had no cash on me at the time. I would recommend these guys as they helped me out of a rubbish situation. Top customer service nice to have some good guys out there compared to money grabbing pigs in most garages .

Our car was towed in after breaking down and they managed to fit us in, despite being very busy. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it after checking everything else thoroughly. Brilliant service and lovely people. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again.

This place is amazing, they clean your car really well and the guys put in such a big effort into any job they do! If you need work done, the mechanics do a swift, affordable and efficient job. When/if you come down, speak to Tony or Robert, they are awesome, always super friendly and extremely helpful. They are very honest and forthcoming and I quite literally can't recommend this establishment more!

The gentleman even give me a bit of discount after I told him I was struggling financially due to my partner passing away nine months ago. Had a warning light on the car for low pressure in one of my tyres. I called up and was told to bring the car down. Once I had arrived, the car was taken in about 5mins later and I left a short time after. The issue was found and sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend!
