James and the team at Southern Autos are phenomenal. Incredibly kind and attentive, knowledgeable and generous with their time. Makes me smile every time I walk in the place and so impressed with the quality of work time and time again. I've been using Southern Autos for over a decade and would never hesitate to recommend them.

This Garage was recommended to be my a friend. Don't normally write reviews, but was so impressed. Car was fixed and returned within an hour and half at very reasonable cost. Will definitely be using again.

Extremely impressed with the work of James at Southern Autos. He carried out fault finding on a recurrent electrical problem on our 20-year-old Jaguar very swiftly. He then quickly sourced parts and carried out the necessary work very efficiently, all with a careful eye on costs. I have no hesitation recommending James and Southern Autos.

First visit yesterday. Took vehicle for MOT after conveniently booking appointment online only a day or two beforehand. Friendly, no nonsense staff. Owner conducted the MOT for my vehicle while I waited, then handed me my paperwork and wished me a good weekend. Took less than an hour from my arrival to completion. I will certainly return whenever any of my vehicles require an MOT.

If I would give them 10 stars. I had emergency situation with gear linking and planned EU trip two days later. I called all mechanics around and no one would help me. Magna carta despite fully booked, they were the only ones who were willing to help and asked me to come very early next day to check. It turned out that the problem was temporary and i cancelled as soon as I dicover it. But I'm still grateful that they treated me like a person in need and were the only who wanted to help. We need more people like you! Thank you!

Great service, great communication, spare car free of charge (apart of petrol, which is obvious). Happy to travel far and get car fixed by professionals. On the collection day been showed pictures, how the repair went with details, got also old parts back as requested. Andrew has been so helpful to service and MOT my Vauxhall Astra. Polite, knowledgeable and very communicative. He also managed to fix an issue with the clutch which even the Vauxhall dealer had no clue about. Fantastic garage, friendly staff, communicate well and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Was told by a specialist garage my TT WOULD COST £2k to get through the MOT, took it to MSC and £600 later we were up and running. Monday I called to book in my Touareg they said to bring it in straight away, in less than 6.5hours the car was tested, work done and retested. Another very reasonable bill. Huge thank you to the whole team there.

We always take our cars to Sandown Autopoint as everybody there is so helpful.They have a no-nonsense approach and will always look for the most cost effective solution and communicate it clearly. Amazing service from the minute I walked in! I needed the rust sorting on my campervan along with a few other minor issues. Everything was sorted and these guys went above and beyond to ensure my van was returned to me in excellent condition, including sorting a few of the problems out before I'd even been given a quote for the main work. Macs garage is a great local garage, despite being really busy due to the quality of their work they are happy to discuss any problems you might have and find a suitable solution. I have used them for servicing and MOT testing and couldn’t be more pleased at their efficiency and speed. Our Mercedes hybrid wouldn’t start and wouldn’t select gear. The AA came out and tried everything to no avail. Car was recovered to our local garage who were unable to fix it. Car was recovered to MES, who were excellent and professional. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty gearbox control module, sourced a replacement from Mercedes, fitted and tested it, in record time. The team kept me informed throughout and gave me a quote before undertaking the work. The customer service was excellent and the car was valeted and cleaned as well. MES just became our family ‘go to’ garage.

Needed some bits doing to my Porsche and got recommended these guys by a family friend. Very impressed, the quote was cheaper than elsewhere, pick up and drop off was included (Alex who collected my car was very polite and considerably caring with the car). The staff were very polite and better communicated than any other garage I've used. Also, got some travel sweets with my receipt which brought me back to my childhood, not saying its anything amazing but the little things make a difference. Will always be going back if that's the service I receive. Car knowledge was top tier also.

I've been using MES for a little while now. They are not the closest to me, nor the easiest to get in to, but their service has been wonderful and I certainly intend to continue to use them. Little things. Quoted prices include VAT & labour (and may be over estimates, rather than under - no shocks). Superb valeting. Quick service on collection. Useful follow up comments. I just recently moved to Cranleigh and when taking the car out on the Friday before Christmas, the drivers side window jammed partly open. I called in to another local garage whom unfortunately were not able to help as they were closing for Christmas. Luckily, CCM in Cranleigh was open and after checking the window managed to lift it up to allow me to continue to drive the car. One of their mechanics then checked that the relevant parts were available and then booked me in on the following Monday. As advised, the work was completed in a couple of hours and they also gave the car a quick wash. All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Great service, new tyres fitted, this time. The damaged alloy wheel repaired FOC, can’t fault the courteous service from the all who my wife and I dealt with. Will be using them again!
