Will was fabulous. Before the installation of our EV wall charger, he communicated in a professional and efficient manner and was accurate and very knowledgable. Come the day of the install, he arrived on time, was extremely polite, understood our requirements and completed the job in the time he quoted. His work was very neat and tidy and ensured that the any cables were fitted in a way to be neatly concealed. Will also did another job fitting a loft light, which was done once again, very well. I cannot recommend Will enough. I will be using him for any other future electrical work that I require and all my friends will hear about my experience.

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. Paul did an excellent job of providing electricity to the garden shed and installing outside lights along the path, and both in the shed, and flood lights on the shed to light up the garden and the gate. He is punctual, hard working and happy to help with suggestions on different options of ways to light up the path, gate, shed, & garden.

It's always difficult to leave good reviews of tradesfolk, in case they become really popular and are too busy when you need them again! And the same is true here. Paul was brilliant in every aspect of doing business not just the electrical work. But please don't give him too much work, in case I need to use him again!

Contacted Rein Electrical as we had a double plug socket in an inconvenient position hindering where we wanted to place a washing machine. Scott called round the next day and sorted out the problem, even placing the socket into a cupboard, which we had not thought possible. He was very cheerful and a very tidy worker. We would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to others.

We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use again, or to recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. HIGHLY recommend him/them.
