Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others needing experienced electricians.

Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Dust sheets and vacuuming as he went along. A perfect job and very happy to recommend him and will definitely be doing so. Thank you for your help.

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory. The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years. Josh and his partner spent the morning working through the issues and by the process of elimination were able to sort the problem efficiently and quickly. Before and after photos. We have used Ryan three times now. He has updated wiring and lights in most of the house and just completed lights outside. I found Ryan very reasonable in price and very quick too. He is reliable. I have a dog and two children and felt comfortable in the house. I was not always here and I trusted Ryan and his team. We are delighted with the work and have recommended to friends. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations about updating switches. Ryan is a really nice guy too. We have sometimes had to wait for Ryan to fit us in but I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is worth the wait.

Communication from start to finish was superb. Ryan assessed and gave recommendations for work required with honestly and clarity. A prompt quote was given and a date for work to be done was given on acceptance of the quote. Ryan messaged the day before work due to check all was still OK and advice of time expected of arrival. Ryan was chatty and we felt comfortable with him in the house. He replaced a dated fuse board, 2 light pendants and an outside light. He also replaced a bathroom extractor fan with a more efficient one and fitted new ducting. He was very efficient and tidied up. On completion of the work, he went through instructions for each item and explained everything clearly. An invoice was issued promply by email and an Electrical Installation Certificate was recieved that evening. We highly recommend Ryan and will definitely being using him for future work.

We have had the pleasure of having EPPS Electrical attend our workshop to check our lights, change plugs & sockets & supply a spur to enable us to have a heating element installed. Ryan was incredible, he was at our house within 10 minutes of us calling and it was out of hours. We had an issue with the internal part of our security alarm and he fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving, he also notified us of a common fault with the outside box which we were completely unaware of as the alarm system is new to us, having only recently moved in. Nothing was too much trouble! We will be adding EPPS to our address book and definitely using them for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend enough.

James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted.
