Shaun has helped me many times over the last 15 years with small and large electrical problems in the house, and even plumbing and woodwork jobs. Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. Ryan was incredible, he was at our house within 10 minutes of us calling and it was out of hours. We had an issue with the internal part of our security alarm and he fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving, he also notified us of a common fault with the outside box which we were completely unaware of as the alarm system is new to us, having only recently moved in. Nothing was too much trouble! We will be adding EPPS to our address book and definitely using them for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend enough.

We have had the pleasure of having EPPS Electrical attend our workshop to check our lights, change plugs & sockets & supply a spur to enable us to have a heating element installed. We finally have an outside light and a double outside power point! Ryan was brilliant in finding out what we needed and advising us. The PowerPoint is so discreet and well installed and our outside light looks great and has made me feel so much safer. We have used Ryan three times now. He has updated wiring and lights in most of the house and just completed lights outside. I found Ryan very reasonable in price and very quick too. He is reliable. I have a dog and two children and felt comfortable in the house. I was not always here and I trusted Ryan and his team. We are delighted with the work and have recommended to friends. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations about updating switches. Ryan is a really nice guy too. We have sometimes had to wait for Ryan to fit us in but I wouldn’t use anyone else. I use Magnum for all my electrical work. I’ve used many over the years being a house builder but these guys are by far the best in the business. Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years. Josh and his partner spent the morning working through the issues and by the process of elimination were able to sort the problem efficiently and quickly. Before and after photos. Brilliant. Ben and his mate rewired my 4 bed 1870 semi detached house. Really pleased. It was not an easy job. Since then he has been my savior so many times. I have a tenanted ground floor flat. The tenant called me at 11pm in a panic saying there was water pouring through the light fittings. A leak from the flat above. He came out straight away. Made everything safe and stayed for 2 hours trying to locate the source of the leak. He came back daily to check it was drying out and then when he was happy it was safe to do so replaced all light fittings. He has done my EICR. and just replaced my smoke alarm. I have found him to be very professional, very nice, neat, quick and tidy. He is always happy to help, even when called out at 11pm.

I contacted Ben for an emergency call out, as we'd lost power in our kitchen. In summary, he was fantastic. Turned up within a couple of hours, worked quickly and did a top job installing a new MCB to my fuse box. He also offered some free advice around how we'd install a boil tap in our kitchen. In summary, I'd highly recommend. I'll be contacting Ben again in future for any electrical work I need done.

Used Watt Now to renew all of the switches in our place and install new spotlights instead of pendant lights in a few rooms, friendly and polite and it looks 1000% better now. Really helpful in explaining what I needed to look for so that I could choose the switches and spotlights myself (as I'm quite picky).

Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Dust sheets and vacuuming as he went along. A perfect job and very happy to recommend him and will definitely be doing so. Thank you for your help.

I had Paul testing the electrics, rewire the house, replace plug sockets, the switch board and bathroom light. Recently got Paul in to carry out some EICR testing to check the existing electrical wiring and circuits. He was very thorough and meticulous and advised that we could go ahead and Install the new Consumer unit which he carried out with no Issues, he run a new cable as well for the new cooker Installation, his work is very neat and tidy. Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory.
