We have used Ryan three times now. He has updated wiring and lights in most of the house and just completed lights outside. I found Ryan very reasonable in price and very quick too. He is reliable. I have a dog and two children and felt comfortable in the house. I was not always here and I trusted Ryan and his team. We are delighted with the work and have recommended to friends. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations about updating switches. Ryan is a really nice guy too. We have sometimes had to wait for Ryan to fit us in but I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is worth the wait.

Communication from start to finish was superb. Ryan assessed and gave recommendations for work required with honestly and clarity. A prompt quote was given and a date for work to be done was given on acceptance of the quote. Ryan messaged the day before work due to check all was still OK and advice of time expected of arrival. Ryan was chatty and we felt comfortable with him in the house. He replaced a dated fuse board, 2 light pendants and an outside light. He also replaced a bathroom extractor fan with a more efficient one and fitted new ducting. He was very efficient and tidied up. On completion of the work, he went through instructions for each item and explained everything clearly. An invoice was issued promply by email and an Electrical Installation Certificate was recieved that evening. We highly recommend Ryan and will definitely being using him for future work.

We have had the pleasure of having EPPS Electrical attend our workshop to check our lights, change plugs & sockets & supply a spur to enable us to have a heating element installed. It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan, nothing was too much hassle for him, he got to work quickly and efficiently and did not cause any disruption to our workshop. we were happy with the quote and it did not change on the day the repairs were carried out. thank you

Ryan was incredible, he was at our house within 10 minutes of us calling and it was out of hours. We had an issue with the internal part of our security alarm and he fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving, he also notified us of a common fault with the outside box which we were completely unaware of as the alarm system is new to us, having only recently moved in. Nothing was too much trouble! We will be adding EPPS to our address book and definitely using them for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Jake has been brilliant throughout the duration of our project. His knowledge around garden lighting, where to position and which products to use was invaluable. The standard of his and his teams work is very very high. They are neat in their installations, clipping wires precisly, mounting lights in specific places as well. Jake also offered his advice but also listened to ours and that combined means he has delivered a great garden lighting project. He kept us informed at all stages along the way as well, so it was delivered on time. We can't thank Jake and his team enough. Sean came to our rescue when our underfloor heating stopped working, he popped over last minute on a Saturday morning to temporarily fix the problem and then Joe done an amazing job finishing it off when the part had arrived. Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

We used James Paul electrical for the home extension work and also to install down lights, led lights and repairs to household electric. James was extremely professional, gave a reasonable price and was prompt to finish the work on time and with a great degree of finesse. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. James and his team carried out a full project electrical install for us. External and internal , sockets, fuse box as part of a major house renovation. The quality of the work was superb. Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them.
