Steven came out to me within an hour to help fix a trip switch issue. He was so friendly and helpful. He explained really clearly what he was doing and fixed the problem within the hour. The price was very fair for an emergency call out too. Highly recommended. And a lovely guy.

In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. Oh my god. If I could give Sean and Tony 100 stars, I would!! Totally amazing job done. Sean came out to give me a quote, thoroughly talked me through what the job would entail and how long it would take!! After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us. Thank you again Sean, really appreciate it!

I called in a bit of a panic as something had tripped my electrics but I couldn’t work out what - I’d usually go to my Dad for help but he was in surgery so can’t. He was very patient and talked me through a couple of tests so I could work out where the problem was! I will now only use Bradley Electrical Solutions for any future issues I have and will recommend to anyone!

Was recommended Mark at Home Electrics and what better way to invite a tradesman in to your home than recommendation! Mark clearly knows what he is doing and also offered solutions and advice I hadn’t thought of. He went that extra mile and the result was exactly what I’d hoped for. I forgot to order the correct bulbs for my new lights and he even supplied these on the day to ensure I had the full finished look! We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

Rogan installed outdoor lighting and switches for us this week. He came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. He was friendly, super speedy at responding to our requests and he suggested lighting options that suited us perfectly and the finished work is neat and unobstrusive. Tripped Out Electrical provided an excellent service for the scope of work; new consumer unit with RCBOs, new / upgraded sockets throughout and new interlinked smoke & heat alarms.
