Billy from Next Level Electrics fitted a new consumer unit for us, and did a full circuit test which found a couple of minor issues to sort out. All the work was done very efficiently and without fuss, all at a great price. Billy is extremely professional and friendly, and turned up exactly when he said he would. Billy from Next Level Electrics supplied and installed an EV Charger for us. It wasn't a straightforward install, having to go through 2 external and 1 internal wall to get to the consumer unit. Oh my god. If I could give Sean and Tony 100 stars, I would!! Totally amazing job done. Sean came out to give me a quote, thoroughly talked me through what the job would entail and how long it would take!! I called in a bit of a panic as something had tripped my electrics but I couldn’t work out what - I’d usually go to my Dad for help but he was in surgery so can’t. He was very patient and talked me through a couple of tests so I could work out where the problem was! Andy kindly came to check a series of lights in our kitchen when we were having issues with them. He called me prior to arriving, letting me know when to expect him and then thoroughly checked each light for any issues. He also offered to check our fire alarms and fuse box whilst he was there. Sharn was fantastic from start to finish in installing my home EV charger. He's the complete opposite of the stereotype electrician who makes you wait 3 months and then behaves as if they're doing you a favour. David is a highly skilled electrician who has a real passion for getting a job completed to high quality and safe standards. We're extremely happy with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call upon David's services again. David carried out extensive ground floor electrical rewiring of our house as part of our new open plan kitchen installation. Work included installing new LED lighting throughout (interior and exterior), new wall sockets and network cabling. In addition, David also wired up an outbuilding to the electrical supply via an armored cable. All work was carried out quickly, neatly and to quoted prices. Electrical safety tests were completed and certificates of compliance were all provided. What we liked most about David was his communication skills, he kept us informed, listened to our views and came up with some excellent solutions to issues that inevitably crop up in renovation work. A happy client is a priority for David and he supported us through every stage of the work.

Fraser squeezed us into his already busy day as we were desperate and he quickly managed to sort out the problem with our electric boiler and restored our heating and hot water again after 6 days without. Fraser and Marco are professionals at what they do. We first had a EICR safety check carried out at a property in which we took the advice Fraser provided us with to replace some under lighting in the kitchen with new LED strip lights which look fantastic. We also had bathroom fan extractors replaced which now work and perform brilliantly. Subsequently during that time Fraser conducted an investigation in our loft extension to find and resolve the electrical issue we had and it is now safe to use! I would highly recommend Thor Electrical (Fraser) to anyone looking for an electrician!
