Will was fabulous. Before the installation of our EV wall charger, he communicated in a professional and efficient manner and was accurate and very knowledgable. Come the day of the install, he arrived on time, was extremely polite, understood our requirements and completed the job in the time he quoted. His work was very neat and tidy and ensured that the any cables were fitted in a way to be neatly concealed. Will also did another job fitting a loft light, which was done once again, very well. I cannot recommend Will enough. I will be using him for any other future electrical work that I require and all my friends will hear about my experience.

We had a power cut after a heavy storm and we had no electricity for cooking, heat, light, TV or Internet. William was busy on other work but made the effort to fit us in. He got us up and running very quickly and did a great job. Thank you William for going the extra mile and helping us out!

Install fan heater in bathroom. Power supplied via upstairs socket fitted with RCD & fused spur. Fraser probably didn't expect to become a removals person in order to access the above socket. It was no trouble, very obliging. Very polite. Safety conscious, talked me through what needed doing & any further advice given. Very tidy. Also inspected current underfloor heating.

Fraser and Marco are professionals at what they do. We first had a EICR safety check carried out at a property in which we took the advice Fraser provided us with to replace some under lighting in the kitchen with new LED strip lights which look fantastic. We also had bathroom fan extractors replaced which now work and perform brilliantly. Subsequently during that time Fraser conducted an investigation in our loft extension to find and resolve the electrical issue we had and it is now safe to use! I would highly recommend Thor Electrical (Fraser) to anyone looking for an electrician!

Fraser squeezed us into his already busy day as we were desperate and he quickly managed to sort out the problem with our electric boiler and restored our heating and hot water again after 6 days without. Dear Laszlo Thank you so much for your help last week. On Friday when I was in London I took a call from my wife to say the irons plug or socket or both had caught fire. I gave her your details and you took the call. You listened, reassured, gave advice and arranged for a visit. I really appreciate the promptness and professionalism of Laszlo and his new team member Martin, of John Carpenter Electricals who helped Jam Coding Hampshire NW with all our PAT test. Martin came onsite to do it for us, was timely, and gave us a certificate for the work. He also advised on what to do with the devices that failed the test. In addition, he advised us about an electrical charger installation. I like the way Laszlo and Martin coordinate. I have no hesitation in referring more and more business to Laszlo, Martin and his efficient team.

I needed to have lighting put in to light up our path to our front door and of course thought to ask Martin at John Carpenter Electrical. Martin promptly contacted me upon my request. He then came out to our house to get an idea of what I we wanted, look at our electrical set up and discuss around what we had in mind. The next day we had a quote with a couple of options in, depending on if we were after stationary lighting or if we were after flexibility of moving lights around. We picked the stationary, and we booked in a time for the installation. On the day, Martin and his apprentice came on the time we had previously booked (we had also had a reminder the day before), they quickly and expertly got on with the job, digging out for foundations for the pillars and laying the cable that they also managed to install into an existing socket so that no additional holes had to be drilled in the walls. They were a delight, giving us updates through the day, finishing on time and really keeping the area clean and tidy. The price was also very reasonable. With Martin I feel I always get a professional service, on time and reasonable – also guiding me through options and making suggestions. I have no hesitation to recommend friends, family and anybody else to use Martin and John Carpenter Electrical for any of their electrical needs.

David is a highly skilled electrician who has a real passion for getting a job completed to high quality and safe standards. We're extremely happy with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call upon David's services again. David carried out extensive ground floor electrical rewiring of our house as part of our new open plan kitchen installation. Work included installing new LED lighting throughout (interior and exterior), new wall sockets and network cabling. In addition, David also wired up an outbuilding to the electrical supply via an armored cable. All work was carried out quickly, neatly and to quoted prices. Electrical safety tests were completed and certificates of compliance were all provided. What we liked most about David was his communication skills, he kept us informed, listened to our views and came up with some excellent solutions to issues that inevitably crop up in renovation work. A happy client is a priority for David and he supported us through every stage of the work.

I found Dave through mybuilder.com as we needed to have some new sockets installed, when he came to our property he discovered we had no earth cables connected to our lighting circuit or gas/water pipes - we knew we needed a re-wire but we didn’t know how bad it was! He did a great job installing the sockets so we asked him for a quote to re-wire the whole house and install a new board. Dave and his team did a great job over 5 days and completely re wired the lighting circuits, did a partial re-wire in the extension and full re-wire in the rest of the house overcoming many problems. Both Dave & his team are very helpful and friendly, always advising on any issues. His quote for the work was fair and he was open and honest about any extra work we had done. We would highly recommend Dave & his team at Brookwood Electrical Services and would use them again.

Ryder and John have done an incredible job at our house. They've been involved in two projects, the latter being the entire electrics of a large extension and exterior lighting and plugs. Ryder has carried out work at our house on several occasions. Living in a listed cottage, electric works always come with challenges but Ryder has always carried out work very respectfully and in keeping with the house, and found work arounds where needed. DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Alan who I believe manages the company was extremely helpful and managed to arrange to squeeze me in-between appointments with only 24 hours notice which I was really happy with as having no heating in December is not very fun. When my kitchen light died I was in dire need of an electrician. Fortunately Dan was recommended to me by a neighbour who explained that whilst he had not had occasion to use his services he had been highly recommended. On contacting Dan I quickly found out that the recommendation was very accurate. He dealt with my problem in a timely manner ( I was fortunate to have same day service) supplying and fitting a new fixture that afternoon. Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. In this busy market where you want a competent, trusted, diligent and friendly provider who will design and install a system that works for your needs and not leave you in the lurch then Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company are where you want to go.

After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us.
