Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. Dad thought that he was “friendly, efficient & knowledgeable… what more could you want”… high praise from an 86 year old with ‘old fashioned’ values. I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

We recently bought a house that required a significant amount of work.The survey idicated the electrics were quite old. Lee was super helpful at helping us know what we really needed to get done and what was in a good condition. This meant we could get the electrics in the state we wanted and save us money. The work is exactly what we wanted and very neat. Will definitely use EES again when we need to more electrical work done

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. He worked effectively, tidily and considerately during his time in my house, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. Luke did a full rewire of our house after we moved in (he had also done the Electrical Installation Condition Report after we had put the offer in.) The job was done to a very high level and Luke explained what the issues were and the necessary solutions. He and the team were quick (full occupied rewire in less than 3 weeks) yet comprehensive, flexible and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and I have real confidence in the final result. In addition, our home was left tidy and with minimal disruption. Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. I totally recommend Infused Electrical Services. I called Matt about some electrical work needing to be done and he responded in a very timely and courteous way and visited to assess and quote. I had a time constraint and he went out of his way to help me get the work completed quickly. We wanted to add and move some sockets in the house and garage and fit a fan heater and heated mirror - little, fiddly jobs that many electricians avoid. Matt came promptly to survey and quote, and was *very* patient when I requested "a few more changes" and described the design of sockets that I wanted. Matt and Steve did the job quickly, efficiently and - perhaps most important - tidily. The extra sockets left little if any marks in the walls to be touched up, and the work areas were left clean and tidy. We will certainly use Infused again.
