George and his team did all electrics in part of my house and completely renovated and converted the room . He did an excellent job and was punctual and tidy throughout the job.

We wanted an electrical inspection and needed an outdoor socket decommissioned. We also needed several new things fitted: down and pendant lights, switches, face plates and more. Sasha and colleague carried this all out to an exceptional standard - including the relevant DIY, making good, and cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased!

We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

It was Monday morning, I had no cooker or hob due to an unsafe power socket. I rang Mark and he was here within the hour, fixed the problem and sorted out some other sockets too quickly, efficiently and tidily. Great service, I thoroughly recommend.

Was recommended Mark at Home Electrics and what better way to invite a tradesman in to your home than recommendation! Mark clearly knows what he is doing and also offered solutions and advice I hadn’t thought of. He went that extra mile and the result was exactly what I’d hoped for. I forgot to order the correct bulbs for my new lights and he even supplied these on the day to ensure I had the full finished look! On a personal note, he was on time, polite & even brought his own hoover! Will use Home Electrics again and will most definitely recommend.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Rogan installed outdoor lighting and switches for us this week. He came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. He was friendly, super speedy at responding to our requests and he suggested lighting options that suited us perfectly and the finished work is neat and unobstrusive. He left the area cleaner and possibly tidier than he found it! I will be recommending him to friends and family without reservation.

Rogan is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He installed some large garage lighting and power, with a separate Consumer Unit for me in a separate outbuilding with cabling from the house. I'm really pleased with the result. He was a great, trustworthy electrician to have around.

Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). When I called him with my initial enquiry, he was very helpful with some initial ideas and made himself available for an exploratory visit and discussion the next day. I came home from my holiday to find that my roof had leaked and some of the electrics had been affected. So just to be safe I asked Rowland of Brightlights solutions if he could do an electrical survey to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with the electrics and to make sure it was all safe. Rowland himself was extremely busy as electricians are but he sent round his colleague Garth instead. Garth was extremely well mannered and knowledgeable. He worked very quietly and quickly. He even has indoor shoes in order to keep your floors clean which was very unexpected but a really nice touch.
