Working with elecgas was great! They were easy to schedule, prompt to turn-around with reports, and provided high-quality work and customer service. In servicing the boiler, Carlos gave us tips on what we could do to extend the lifetime and mitigate potential costs, as well as what to expect for the next service job. We had a small miscommunication about some work done, and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was set. I will definitely be using elecgas for all my heating/electric needs moving forward.

An excellent service in every respect. Surrey Electrical Safety contact us at least a month before our PAT testing certificate expires and then attends our school in the holidays to carry out the testing. Everything happens with the minimum disruption. also a detailed appliance register of all the electrical appliances that we do have in various locations, as in the past in my experience other PAT testing companys have made up appliances that dont exist to charge more money! This is a great service and we will be using them for many more years to come!

MT Electrics turned up on time and did a great job installing new lights and a circuit board. His prices were competitive and gave great advice on my options before I made a decision, very approachable and friendly too. His work was neat, he also cleaned up after himself too. He really did do everything to meet my expectations and to a very high standard! I must say using someone for the first time is always a worry, but Mike portrayed a sense of courtesy and professionalism straight from the first phone call through to the job completion which made me feel in safe hands. Excellent experience. Second time I’ve used Doctor Sparky and they’ve been efficient and good value each time. Used for new installation ceiling extractor in upstairs bathroom. Quick quote and work was completed swiftly after I’d had a roof vent fitted and accepted the quote. Work was completed to a high standard both times using quality parts. Will use again.

Harry and the Team at Dr Sparky were great. In time, polite, and particularly careful with not letting my cats out of the house as requested. Having had a very bad experience with previous builders leaving my property in an unsafe condition, Evan and his team were amazing! He came to the property the same day I called him and went out of his way to fit the job in 2 days later. He checked the current wiring and did whatever was necessary to make it safe, he then went on to connect the items that were left unfinished by the previous builders. They were courteous, reliable and finished the job off to a very high standard. We were extremely pleased with their work and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Evan and his team did a fantastic job in our house from start to finish. Evan provided a clear and comprehensive quote at the beginning, and they completed every single lighting and heating element of our loft extension on time. I do feel Evan went above and beyond with clear and helpful advice on every detail,- positioning of spotlights, power and USB sockets, heated towel rail etc. and even the best type of electric blinds for our loft windows which are amazing. We were so thrilled with the quality of the work done and excellent attention to detail that we asked for Evan and his team to do further work on our home. They also transformed the lighting in our kitchen/diner and playroom, downstairs cloakroom and utility. The whole team were friendly and approachable and far exceeded our expectations.
